Andre Johnson (concussion) was a "full go" in Thursday's practice, and "all indications" are that he'll be ready for Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Barring something unforeseen happening, Johnson is locked and loaded for Week 3. The WR1 is the most targeted player in the league through two weeks.

Andre Johnson is in the final stage of the league's concussion protocol.
The final step in the process is practicing with pads, something Johnson is expected to do Thursday. "Andre's fine," coach Gary Kubiak confirmed. As long as Johnson gets through Thursday's practice without issue, he'll receive clearance to play against the Ravens Sunday. Owners can pencil him into lineups as a WR1.

Coach Gary Kubiak stated Monday that Andre Johnson "did great" on Monday after suffering a concussion in Sunday's win.
Johnson was able to ride a bike for conditioning, which is always a good sign a day after being concussed. The Houston Chronicle expects Johnson to play in Week 3 against the Ravens. Through two weeks, Johnson leads the NFL in targets with 29. The Saints' Jimmy Graham leads all tight ends in targets with 23.

According to the Houston Chronicle, Andre Johnson (concussion) is expected to play Week 3.
Johnson took a brutal shot to the head from Bernard Pollard late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's win over the Titans. He managed to hang onto the ball for a 21-yard gain. "I talked to him, and he was all right," teammate Owen Daniels said. "He wanted to go back in, but protocol is that you can't at that point." Johnson was not available for comment after the game and will now go through the concussion process. The fact he's already expected to play against the Ravens next week suggests no symptoms. We'll know more Monday afternoon.

Andre Johnson exited Sunday's win over the Texans late in the fourth quarter with a potential concussion.
Johnson took a hit from Bernard Pollard (who else?) near the right sideline after a 21-yard catch. Pollard launched into Johnson with his shoulder, leaving his feet on the play. Johnson laid on the ground before walking to the locker room with the training staff. He was going through concussion protocol after the game and wasn't allowed to do interviews. Beat writer John McClain believes Johnson will play next week in Baltimore, but he's going to have to pass the tests.

Johnson took a vicious hit from Bernard Pollard on the right sideline as he reeled in a 21-yard pass that helped set up Arian Foster's game-tying touchdown and two-point conversion. It appeared Pollard hit Johnson in the head with his shoulder. Before leaving, Johnson was his usual target monster self with 13 passes directed his way. We'll post an update on Johnson once we get it.
