Blake has averaged 15.0 minutes, 3.3 points, 3.3 assists, and 1.6 rebounds per game so far for the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
Blake missed most of the preseason due to a concussion, which may be why his minutes have been limited. However, the point guard isn't expected to see many minutes as long as he is coming off the bench behind Reggie Jackson.

Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy confirmed that Blake would serve as the team's top backup at point guard to open the season, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Despite seeing limited time in the preseason due to complications from a concussion, Blake earned the second-unit role primarily as a result of second-year man Spencer Dinwiddie's struggles during the exhibition slate. The 35-year-old Blake isn't expected to see a huge load of minutes behind Reggie Jackson at point guard, but should effectively direct the Pistons' offense when called upon from the bench.

Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy confirmed that Blake (concussion) would return to the court for Friday's preseason finale against the Hawks, MLive.com's Aaron McMann reports.
EDGE Analysis
Blake will make his preseason debut after a concussion suffered in a Sept. 30 practice left him limited for much of training camp. The veteran endured a minor setback along the way during his recovery, but resumed practicing Tuesday and Thursday to receive clearance to return to the lineup. Van Gundy said he plans on playing Blake around 20-to-24 minutes Friday in preparation for the primary backup role behind Reggie Jackson at point guard once the regular season tips off.

Blake (concussion) returned to practice Tuesday, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Blake is expected to be back on the court for Thursday's practice, and if all goes well, he'll be cleared to play in Friday's preseason finale against the Hawks. The Pistons are counting on Blake to work as the top backup to Reggie Jackson at the point guard until Brandon Jennings (Achilles) is ready to assume those duties.

Blake (concussion) isn't expected to return to practice until next week, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Blake was initially on track to rejoin the team for their full session Friday, but after he experienced headaches while working out earlier this week, the Pistons will push his return timetable back. It now appears likely that the veteran point guard could be at risk of missing the remainder of the preseason schedule, casting some doubt on his availability for the Oct. 27 regular-season opener versus the Hawks. Once healthy, Blake is in line to serve as the top backup at the point to Reggie Jackson, at least until Brandon Jennings (Achilles) returns later in the year.

Blake passed his baseline concussion test Monday, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Blake worked out for 25 minutes on a stationary bike at practice, and could soon be in line for contact work after the he passed the first phase of concussion testing. He'll likely continue to meet with team doctors over the next couple of days just to ensure all of his concussion symptoms have dissipated, but he appears to be trending toward a return before the start of the regular season.

Blake missed Friday's practice after suffering a concussion Wednesday, Yahoo! Sports' Marc Spears reports.
EDGE Analysis
Blake is without a timetable to return, and he'll likely sit out at least a few more days as he recovers. With nearly four weeks until the start of the regular season, the Pistons certainly won't rush the veteran back.

Blake has been traded to the Pistons in exchange for Quincy Miller, Shams Charania of RealGM reports.
Blake was traded to the Nets during the 2015 NBA Draft, but he'll now be shipped to the Pistons. Blake will still have a tough time getting meaningful minutes though, as he'll be behind the likes of Reggie Jackson, Brandon Jennings and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in the backcourt. During the 2014-15 season, Blake finished with averages 4.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 0.5 assists over 19 minutes per game. He has one year left on his deal, so Blake will become a unrestricted free agent following the upcoming season.

Blake has been traded to the Nets along with Rondae Hollis-Jefferson in exchange for Mason Plumlee and Pat Connaughton.
Blake, at this stage will be behind Deron Williams and Jarrett Jack on the depth chart, rendering him alost unownable for most fantasy leagues, but if a move comes for either Jack or Williams, is relevance will be for deep leagues only.
