Kilpatrick will come off the bench for Monday's matchup against the Spurs.
EDGE Analysis
Randy Foye and Spencer Dinwiddie will be starting in the backcourt, with Kilpatrick coming off the bench. The benching isn't necessarily indicative of a minutes reduction, considering how few players are currently available to play guard for the Nets. He's seen 25.0 minutes per game over the past six contests and has provided 10.5 points in those minutes.

Kilpatrick will start Saturday's game against the Hornets.
EDGE Analysis
Kilpatrick was rested Friday night against the Pelicans, but he'll return to the starting lineup at shooting guard Saturday. Spencer Dinwiddie will get the start at point guard, while Bojan Bogdanovic gets the nod at small forward.

Kilpatrick will be rested Friday and will not play in the Nets' matchup with the Pelicans, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kilpatrick is shooting a meager 33 percent from the field this month, so head coach Kenny Atkinson decided to give him a night off. With Kilpatrick unavailable, Caris LeVert, Isaiah Whitehead, and Randy Foye are all candidates for added minutes off the bench.

Kilpatrick scored 18 points (6-12 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT) and added seven rebounds, an assist and a steal in 26 minutes during a 104-95 loss to New Orleans on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Kilpatrick hit three three-pointers against the Pelicans for the first time in seven games. Since moving to the bench in favor of Joe Harris, Kilpatrick hasn't shot the ball particularly well, but has been aggressive in finding his shot and has now scored 10-plus points in three straight games. When Jeremy Lin (hamstring) returns, the backcourt rotation will have to be reorganized, and performances like Thursday really go a long way towards carving out a bigger role for Kilpatrick.

Kilpatrick scored 13 points (4-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT) and added eight rebounds, five assists, one steal, and one block in 25 minutes off the bench during Thursday's 121-109 loss to the Pacers.
EDGE Analysis
It was his first game coming off the bench, being replaced in the starting lineup by Joe Harris as part of the Nets experimenting with a new rotation. Kilpatrick's recent shooting struggles continued during the game, and he has now shot 8-25 (32 percent) over his last three games. On the other hand, he played only three minutes short of his season average, and beat his averages in rebounds and assists. Jeremy Lin (hamstring) and Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (hip) were both out Thursday, and he will probably lose more minutes when they return. The move to the bench means a decrease in Kilpatrick's value, but it is still unclear how much the impact will be.

Kilpatrick will come off the bench for Thursday's matchup with the Pacers, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kilpatrick has started at shooting guard for quite some time, often surpassing the 30-minute mark while working with the top unit. However, the Nets are going to experiment with a new combination Thursday, pushing Joe Harris into the starting lineup at shooting guard and moving Kilpatrick to the bench. It remains to be seen how big of a hit Kilpatric will take by moving to the bench, but his value appears to be on the decline, especially after combining to shoot just 4-for-13 from the field and 1-for-4 from the three-point line over the Nets' last two games.

Kilpatrick contributed 23 points (9-15 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds and four assists across 32 minutes in a win 120-118 win over the Hornets on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Kilpatrick is capable of scoring in volume, but inconsistency in his scoring output as well as his role in the Nets' rotation bar him from being a reliable fantasy option. Backcourt mate Jeremy Lin left the game in the third quarter with an apparent hamstring injury, meaning Kilpatrick could be in line for more consistent minutes if Lin is forced to miss any game time.

Kilpatrick scored 22 points (5-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), along with four rebounds, five assists and a steal during the Nets' 107-97 win over the Lakers on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Kilpatrick filled in admirably for the injured Jeremy Lin (hamstring). Even before Lin was out, Brooklyn leaned on Kilpatrick's outside shooting from the perimeter. The Nets simply don't have many options from the outside, and Kilpatrick has a quick release combined with a healthy 35.2 percent average from deep. Against the Lakers, he was lights out from beyond the arc again, but also navigated the pick-and-roll well, finding Brook Lopez with several nifty pocket passes.

Kilpatrick is expected to retain a starting role at shooting guard in Monday's game against the Rockets, but could see a decline in productivity moving forward with Jeremy Lin (hamstring) returning to action.
EDGE Analysis
According to Brian Lewis of the New York Post, Lin is on track to play Monday for the first time since Nov. 2, but the Nets will likely bring him off the bench and limit his playing time in the contest. It shouldn't be long before Lin reclaims his starting spot at point guard and routinely plays 30 minutes, and while that figures to push Isaiah Whitehead out of the lineup rather than Kilpatrick, the latter's usage rate will presumably take a hit when he shares the court with Lin, who was averaging a career-high 15.0 points per game prior to missing the last 17 contests with a strained hamstring. Kilpatrick, meanwhile, has taken on a focal role in his stead, particularly while starting in the past eight games. In those contests, he's averaging 19.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.0 three-pointers in 31.5 minutes per game, but his numbers across the board figure to take a hit with Lin in the fold.

Kilpatrick contributed 21 points (8-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, four assists, and one steal across 33 minutes during the Nets' 118-113 loss to the Wizards on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Kilpatrick continues to be a pleasant surprise for the Nets through the first quarter of the 2016-17 season, and the former D-Leaguer has established himself as one of the team's top options on offense. Given that Nets' coach Kenny Atkinson has been rolling out plenty of guard-heavy lineups, it's certainly possible that Kilpatrick will still hold solid value even once Jeremy Lin (hamstring) is cleared to return.
