Gobert finished with 11 points (5-7 FG, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds and one block across 28 minutes during Monday's 108-83 preseason victory over the Sydney Kings.
EDGE Analysis
Gobert took full advantage of the Sydney Kings' lack of NBA-level athleticism and size Monday. In addition to grabbing 10 boards in under 30 minutes, Gobert also rose over smaller defenders for several dunks -- one of which came via pick-and-roll from new teammate and starting point guard Ricky Rubio. How well Gobert gels with Rubio will likely determine how effective he can be on offense, as the big man rarely posts up.

Gobert contributed 21 points (7-8 FG, 7-15 FT), 15 rebounds, four assists and two blocks across 39 minutes during a 102-91 loss to the Warriors on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Gobert had possibly his best game of the playoffs, as he missed just one field goal attempt, got to the free throw line a playoff-high 15 times and dished out a playoff-high four assists. He also picked up his second straight double-double and fourth of the playoffs. The team will have its season on the line in Game 4.

Gobert tallied 16 points (8-12 FG, 0-1 FT), 16 rebounds, one steal and one block over 37 minutes during Thursday's 115-104 loss to the Warriors in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinals.
EDGE Analysis
The 24-year-old followed up a solid Game 1 effort (13 points, eight rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal) with one of his trademark double-doubles, his third overall of the postseason. Gobert looks like he has completely shaken off the knee scare he suffered in Game 1 of the first round versus the Clippers, and he should be a pivotal factor in the Jazz's attempts to cut their series deficit in half beginning in Game 3 on Saturday.

Gobert (ankle) had one point (0-1 FG, 1-2 FT) and four rebounds in 13 minutes during Sunday's 104-91 win against the Clippers in Game 7.
EDGE Analysis
Gobert was in foul trouble the entire game while fighting the Clippers' DeAndre Jordan down low, but the Jazz were still able to advance. Gobert's lateral quickness will be challenged against the Warriors in the second round, but the Defensive Player of the Year candidate should be expected to see plenty of minutes if he can avoid getting into foul trouble again in Tuesday's Game 1.

Gobert (ankle) will play in Sunday's Game 7 against the Clippers, Aaron Falk of the Salt Lake Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gobert's availability was originally up in the air after he left Friday's Game 6 during the fourth quarter with a left ankle sprain, but he'll ultimately play through any lingering pain in Sunday's elimination game. He'll draw the start at center per usual, with Derrick Favors and Boris Diaw also seeing minutes in the Jazz's frontcourt.

Gobert, who exited Friday's Game 6 loss to the Clippers during the fourth quarter with a mild left ankle sprain, is being considered probable for Sunday's Game 7, Andy Larsen of KSL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gobert's designation as probable is likely just an exercise in caution, as it was reported earlier Saturday morning that he would be good to go for Sunday's Game 7 with no workload restriction after his X-rays came back negative. More word on his availability should come following the team's Sunday morning shootaround, though he should be expected to take part in the contest barring an unforeseen setback.

Gobert was removed from Friday's Game 6 loss to the Clippers in the fourth quarter with a mild left ankle sprain, but will be good to go for Sunday's Game 7, the Associated Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
X-rays conducted on Gobert's ankle came back negative, and though he may still be dealing with some residual soreness once Sunday arrives, it's not anything that will result in his workload being limited with the Jazz needing all hands on deck to advance to the second round of the playoffs. Prior to his departure, Gobert enjoyed another productive outing, tallying 15 points (5-10 FG, 5-10 FT), nine rebounds, three blocks, two assists and two steals across 33 minutes.

Gobert played 36 minutes Tuesday in a 96-92 win over the Clippers in Game 5 of the series, tallying 11 points (4-8 FG, 3-6 FT), 11 rebounds, five steals, two blocks and one assist.
EDGE Analysis
The Jazz eased Gobert back into action by playing him only 24 minutes in Game 4 following a two-game absence due to a hyperextended knee, but he faced no restrictions Tuesday. The towering center made up for his lack of sharpness from the field by focusing his efforts on the defensive end, where he was able to wreak havoc in the passing lanes. The five steals were two more than his previous high on the season.

Gobert (knee) started at center and amassed 15 points (6-6 FG, 3-4 FT), 13 rebounds, two blocks and one assist across 24 minutes in Sunday's 105-98 win over the Clippers in Game 4 of the series.
EDGE Analysis
After Gobert suffered a hyperextended left knee and bone contusion in the first minute of Game 1, the Jazz weren't certain if he'd be able to return at any point during the series, but the star big man made a surprisingly swift recovery and shined immediately in his return to action. Though the Jazz restricted Gobert's minutes, his presence in the frontcourt helped give the Jazz a needed lift with All-Star Gordon Hayward exiting early with an illness. Gobert was resting down the stretch Sunday as the Jazz look to avoid overworking him, but he could be ready to take back a 30-plus-minute role in Tuesday's Game 5.

Gobert (knee) will play during Sunday's Game 4 against the Clippers, Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
After going through pregame warmups, Gobert feels good enough to take the floor during Sunday's game. There's been no confirmation of a minutes restriction at this moment, though it's hard to believe he would see his usual 33.9 minutes per game in his first game back from a bruised and hyperextended knee. Regardless, he'll likely rejoin the starting five, possibly bumping either Boris Diaw or Derrick Favors to the bench. If for some reason he doesn't start, expect the same starting five the Jazz have been running out since Gobert's injury.
