Beverley (hamstring) has no timetable for a return.
Coach Kevin McHale revealed as much Monday, stating that he's "sure" Beverley will miss more time than he has previously this season. Since coming down with strained hamstring in the second game of the current campaign, he's logged DNP stretches of two and four games, which equates to six absences among the Rockets' 13 outings to date. As long as he's sidelined, Isaiah Canaan will cover point guard, with Jason Terry likely providing support.

Beverley (hamstring) will not play against the Knicks Monday.
Looks like that tweak was more than Beverley previously let on. Whether or not this is a more serious injury is still unknown, but no Beverley or Dwight Howard means the Rockets are going to be short staffed in the very near future. Isaiah Canaan will likely start in Beverley's place.

Beverley (hamstring) said he will play Monday against the Knicks, the Houston Chroncile's Jenny Dial Creech reports.
Beverly said he simply tweaked his hamstring in Saturday's game against the Mavericks and was being smart about not returning to the game and risking further injury. With a day off to rest Sunday, he should be ready to go Monday night.

Beverley left Saturday's game against the Mavericks with a sore hamstring and did not return, the Houston Chronicle's Jenny Dial Creech reports.
Beverly did play 31 minutes before departing, finishing with 20 points (7-for-16 FG), including a 6-for-11 performance from long range. He'll have a day off to rest his hamstring before a possible return Monday against the Knicks.

Beverley played 28 minutes, scoring 12 points (4-10 FG, 2-8 3PT, 7-8 FT), grabbing eight rebounds and 2 steals in his return against the Thunder.
Beverley went slightly above his projected minutes and was able to remain relatively consistent in his contributions. Beverley is not a typical point guard who will rack up assists; His strengths are his ability to rebound and provide suffocating defense that hopefully results in steal. His return showed more of the same, and even though he only went 2 of 8 from 3 on Sunday, he is averaging 42.9% from 3 this year in four games played.

Beverley will reportedly be held to around 20 to 25 minutes in his return Sunday.
Beverley will get the start, but the Rockets want him to take it easy in his return from his hamstring injury, so he'll be held to limited minutes to lessen the risk of an aggravation. If all goes well in this game, he should be ready for a full games worth of work in the Rockets next matchup.

Beverley (hamstring) will play and start against the Thunder on Sunday, Rockets radio play-by-play broadcaster Craig Ackerman reports.
Beverley has missed the past four games for the Rockets but seems poised to make a return from his nagging hamstring issue against the Thunder. He is averaging 30.7 minutes over three games this season, and it seems reasonable to assume that he'll be awarded a similar amount of playing time barring a blowout.

Beverley (hamstring) participated in Saturday's practice, and Rockets coach Kevin McHale said afterward that he expects the point guard to play in Sunday's game against Oklahoma City, The Houston Chronicle's Jenny Dial Creech reports.
Beverley has missed four consecutive games and six of the past seven, with his nagging hamstring injury refusing to go away. It sounds like he'll finally be back in the lineup, which means Isaiah Canaan will be pushed back to a bit role off the bench.

Beverley (hamstring) will not play Friday, Fox 26's Mark Berman reports.
Isaiah Canaan and Jason Terry basically split minutes at the one with Beverly out in the Rockets' previous game, with James Harden handling the ball most of the time. Consider Beverly day-to-day.

Beverley (hamstring) will not play in Wednesday's game, Fox 26's Mark Berman reports.
He continues to be bothered by the ankle injury, and Isaiah Canaan will continue to get plenty of minutes at point guard in his absence.
