Beverley is questionable for Friday's game against the Grizzlies due to an illness, the Houston Chronicle reports. The Rockets will more than likely reevaluate Beverley on Friday morning before determining if he's fit to play later that night. Beverley, who is averaging a career-high 12.6 points this season in nearly 34 minutes per game, would likely be replaced by Jason Terry in the Rockets' starting lineup if the illness ends up sidelining him.

Beverley scored 12 points (3-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 6-6 FT) and added 12 rebounds, five assists and three steals in 46 minutes of action on Wednesday against the Denver Nuggets. This is the second double-double on the season for Beverley, but it's the second in three games. He is playing well and contributing in all but blocks. This is a great fantasy player to jump on if you're in need of point guard help as Beverley is only owned in 50 percent of ESPN leagues.

Beverley logged 40 minutes and scored 12 points (5-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 4-6 FT) and grabbed six rebounds, added five assists and two steals agains the Warriors on Wednesday. Beverley has increased his minutes from his previous game from 27 minutes on Saturday to 40 minutes on Wednesday. He has played well in both games and looks to be back on track. Getting to the waiver and adding Beverley, who is available in 63 percent of ESPN standard leagues, would be in your best interest if he is available.

Beverley will start at point guard Wednesday against the Warriors. Beverley will draw the start in favor of Jason Terry, who had been filling in while he dealt with a nagging hamstring injury. Beverley logged 27 minutes off the bench for the Rockets Saturday agains the Suns, posting 19 points (5-12 FG< 5-8 3PT, 4-6 FT), six rebounds and three assists. That performance was solid enough for coach Kevin McHale to award him the starting nod Wednesday, and Beverley may see an opportunity to hang on to that role moving forward.

Beverley (hamstring) will be available for Saturday's matchup with the Suns. Beverley hasn't taken the court for the Rockets since Nov. 22, but will suit up and likely resume the majority of the point guards minutes. This likely means less playing time for Jason Terry, but Terry could still take on a reasonable workload if the hamstring tightens up on Beverley at any point.

Beverley (hamstring) is questionable for Saturday's game, the Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Feigen reports. He has missed the last six games with a hamstring injury, opening the door for Jason Terry and Nick Johnson to see some run. Look for him to test the hamstring during pregame warmups before the team makes an official decision on his status Saturday.

Beverley (hamstring) will not play Friday against the Timberwolves, the Houston Chronicle reports. Beverley has missed the past five games with a hamstring issue and will officially miss his sixth Friday. His next opportunity to get on the court will be Saturday against the Suns. Jason Terry should garner considerable minutes at point guard with Isaiah Canaan (ankle) also out Friday.

Beverley (hamstring) was "very limited" in Tuesday's practice. Beverley, who's already been ruled out for Wednesday's showdown with Memphis, still appears to be a few days, at the least, away from returning to the court. However, the fact that he was able to participate in Tuesday's session, even on a limited basis, is a step in the right direction. Jason Terry is expected to continue starting in Beverley's place, as Isaiah Canaan (ankle) remains out.

Beverley (hamstring) did not practice Monday and will not play Wednesday against Memphis, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports. Beverley continues to be without a timetable to return, and the team has not released any details regarding his hamstring injury. With Isaiah Canaan also out Wednesday, Jason Terry is in line to notch another start alongside James Harden in the backcourt.

Beverley (hamstring) will not travel to Milwaukee for Saturday's game against the Bucks, The Houston Chronicle reports. Beverley remains out indefinitely, and top backup Isaiah Canaan injured his ankle Friday, so either Jason Terry or Nick Johnson will likely enter the starting lineup Saturday night.
