Smart generated 26 points (9-18 FG, 6-13 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds and one assist in Tuesday's 117-114 ECF overtime Game 1 loss to the Heat.
EDGE Analysis
Smart was one point shy of tying his career playoff scoring high. The versatile wing was particularly hot in the first half and, frankly, deserved the ball more in the fourth quarter. He's now hit 32 three-pointers in a 12 bubble playoff games (2.7 per game). The only dilemma with Smart's strong play is the bench lacks scoring punch now that Smart is starting for an injured Gordon Hayward (ankle). Smart and his Boston teammates will look to turn things around in Game 2 on Thursday.

Smart had 23 points (7-15 FG, 6-11 3PT, 3-3 FT), 11 rebounds and 10 assists in Wednesday's Game 6 double-overtime loss to Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
Smart was one of three Celtics to play at least 50 minutes in a game that will go down as one of the most memorable of the entire season. Smart was once again hot from beyond the arc, drilling six threes for the second time in the series. Through six games, he's 22-of-51 from deep (43.1 percent).

Smart finished with eight points (2-8 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 3-5 FT), eight rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block in 41 minutes during Saturday's Game 4 loss against the Raptors.
EDGE Analysis
Smart has been regressing as the series against the Raptors has progressed, maxing out at 21 points in Game 1 but scoring under 12 points in each of the last two contests. He still has decent fantasy value due to his ability to stuff the stat sheet with ease, but his value will undoubtedly take a hit if he can't score as he did in the first two games of the series.

Smart registered 19 points (6-13 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, two blocks and an assist in 39 minutes during Tuesday's 102-99 Game 2 win over the Raptors.
EDGE Analysis
Smart has gone a combined 11-for-20 from three-point range in the first two games of the Eastern Conference Semifinals so far, and it's clear the Raptors have not had answers for his perimeter offense. Smart is bound to regress at some point since he's never made from than 37 percent of his threes in any of his six NBA seasons, but there's no question the electric guard is making quite an impact in the first two games of the series.

Smart had 21 points (6-10 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds and four assists in Sunday's Game 1 win over Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
Boston shot 44 percent from three as a team and Smart's five makes led the way. Smart has incrementally improved as an outside shooter over the last few years, and he's coming off of a regular season in which he hit 34.7 percent of his attempts, the second-highest mark of his career.

Smart will start for the injured Gordon Hayward (ankle) during Wednesday's Game 2 against the 76ers, Serena Winters of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Smart will get the nod and could end up garnering more playmaking opportunities due to the loss of Hayward for roughly a month. Across 40 starts this season, Smart is averaging 14.3 points, 5.0 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 2.2 combined steals-plus-blocks in 34.4 minutes.

Smart eked out two points (0-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, one assist and two steals in Monday's 109-101 Game 1 win over the 76ers.
EDGE Analysis
Smart contributed to the Boston win with great help defense, quick ball movement and only one turnover. Unfortunately, most of the versatile defender's effort doesn't show up in the box score. Smart often switched on defense to guard Philly bigs such as Al Horford and Tobias Harris. And he helped Daniel Theis a few times by pestering Joel Embiid. Smart might shift to the starting lineup for Wednesday's Game 2 contest if Gordon Hayward (ankle) is forced to sit out.

Smart will be rested for Thursday's game against the Wizards.
EDGE Analysis
Smart is one of six key players sitting out for the seeding game finale. In the backcourt, Brad Wanamaker, Javonte Green, Carsen Edwards and Romeo Langford should see plenty of action.

Smart totaled just two points (1-8 FG, 0-5 3Pt), five assists, two rebounds and two steals in Friday's 122-120 victory over Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
Smart shifted back to the bench with Kemba Walker back in action. He played only 24 minutes as the Celtics took control of the game early. His production has been wildly inconsistent thus far and that is really nothing new when analyzing his career to this point. It all typically balances out in the end and Smart should continue to put up top-75 numbers at the very worst.

Smart is in the starting lineup Wednesday against the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
The 26-year-old came off the bench for the first three games in the bubble, but he'll enter the starting lineup with Kemba Walker resting Wednesday. Smart is averaging 9.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 2.0 steals in 27.0 minutes since the season resumed.
