Lowry (wrist) has progressed to shooting with his right hand, but remains without a timetable for a return, Josh Lewenberg of TSN Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry was able to do some light dribbling earlier in the month, but the fact that he's able hoist shots with his surgically repaired wrist is a big step in the right direction. The Raptors aren't comfortable putting a timetable on his return, but he's fully expected to miss at least a few more games, with the hope of logging a few tune-up outings prior the postseason schedule. His next step appears to be a return to practice, at least in a limited capacity, so look for another update once that occurs.

Lowry (wrist) is progressing well and has been cleared to participate in light dribbling, Josh Lewenberg of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Things seemed to go well for Lowry, who underwent surgery March 1 to remove loose bodies from his right wrist, during his routine two-week checkup, as he's been cleared to participate in some light dribbling. That being said, his four-to-five-week recovery timetable remains the same for the time being, putting his return very close to the beginning of the postseason.

Lowry (wrist) is scheduled for a reevaluation next week, Eric Koreen of The Athletic Toronto reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's just a normal two-week checkup for Lowry, who underwent surgery March 1 to remove loose bodies from his right wrist. The Raptors have issued a four-to-five-week recovery timetable for the point guard, indicating that he shouldn't be expected back for more of than a handful of games before the postseason begins. Lowry has been maintaining his conditioning through running, but until the swelling in his wrist subsides, he likely won't be cleared for much on-court activity.

Lowry (wrist) could return to the court within four-to-five weeks, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Raptors announced Monday that Lowry would undergo surgery Tuesday to remove loose bodies from his right wrist with the goal of returning in time for the playoffs, and Wojnarowski's report would seem to more or less align with that ideal. If Lowry is able to recover from the procedure in that range, he'd be able to get in at least a handful of games before the end of the regular season in mid-April. If that ends up being the case, in may be worthwhile to still hold Lowry in deeper leagues with bench spots, but those in leagues with smaller rosters are better off casting their lot with healthier options over the final third of the season. Until Lowry is cleared to return, Cory Joseph will serve as the team's starting point guard and should regularly clear 30 minutes.

Lowry will undergo surgery Tuesday to remove loose bodies from his right wrist, and he's expected to miss at least the rest of the regular season.
EDGE Analysis
The Raptors' official release didn't provide many details, stating only that Lowry will "aim to return for the playoffs." That would seem to imply that he'll be done for the remainder of the regular season, meaning Cory Joseph will likely step into the starting lineup going forward. The loss of Lowry is obviously a major blow for the Raptors, who acquired both Serge Ibaka and P.J. Tucker at the trade deadline in hopes of bolstering their roster for a run at dethroning the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference. If Lowry is able to return at full strength early in the postseason, the Raptors will still be among the top teams in the East, but it's difficult to imagine Toronto truly contending for a Finals berth if the All-Star remains sidelined.

Lowry (wrist) won't play in Sunday's game against the Trail Blazers and should be considered day-to-day moving forward, Josh Lewenberg of TSN Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Just a day ago, the Raptors considered Lowry as out indefinitely, but his listing as day-to-day following Sunday's contest seems to indicate it won't be an extended absence. The swelling in Lowry's wrist has reportedly gone done and tests on the ailment came back clean, so he's avoided anything serious and could take the floor later this week if he's able to receive medical clearance from team doctors. That said, by sitting out Sunday, look for Cory Joseph to pick up a second consecutive start in his place after logging 11 points (5-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound, six assists and three steals across 36 minutes on Friday.

Lowry is out indefinitely while he deals with a sore wrist, Doug Smith of The Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
The All Star point guard sustained the injury Feb. 15 against the Hornets. He subsequently decided to disregard the discomfort and take part in the All Star weekend festivities. It appears he under estimated the injury, and the Raptors are now labeling him as out indefinitely. There is no timetable for a return, but expect the team to exercise caution with their star guard in order to avoid a lingering issue heading into the home stretch of the regular season. Lowry is in the midst of a career season, averaging 22.8 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 6.9 assists per game. Cory Joseph started in his place Friday, and figures to continue picking up the bulk of the work at point guard.

Lowry will not play in Friday's game against the Celtics due to a right wrist injury.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry has been slumping as of late, hitting only 42.9 percent of his attempts over the past 16 games, and it could be due to a wrist ailment. The Raptors will evaluate his condition further over the weekend, but Cory Joseph, Delon Wright, and Fred VanVleet will likely all see an increased workload in his absence.

Lowry turned in 20 points (6-19 FG, 4-13 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five assists, two rebounds and one steal in 36 minutes Wednesday during a 112-109 loss to the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry continues his shooting slump. Over the Raptors' last four games, Lowry has shot just 22-of-66 from the field and 11-of-37 from three. He looks to snap out of his funk on Sunday against the Pistons.

Lowry supplied 15 points (5-13 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 11 rebounds, 11 assists, and one steal in 39 minutes during Sunday's 103-95 win over the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
Though Lowry couldn't buy a bucket from beyond the arc for just the third time in 2016-17, he recorded his first triple-double of the campaign while hauling down a season-high in rebounding. He has been forced to shoulder a larger load than usual on offense while DeMar DeRozan (ankle) has been out, but even when Lowry's running mate is healthy he is still among the top options across all fantasy formats.
