Lowry (ankle) sat out Friday's 115-94 Game 3 loss to the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
The Raptors made Lowry active for the contest, but the point guard never got off the bench after spraining his left ankle in Game 2. Coach Dwane Casey indicated Friday that Lowry was still limping around badly, and though the All-Star had hoped to see the court, the Raptors medical staff refused to grant him clearance. Cory Joseph, who started at point guard and contributed four points, six assists, three rebounds, one steal and one block over 33 minutes Friday, would likely slot in on the top unit again in Sunday's Game 4 if Lowry is deemed unavailable.

Lowry (ankle) will be active for Friday's Game 3 against the Cavaliers but not start.
EDGE Analysis
Cory Joseph will draw the start at point guard in Lowry's spot, though it's unclear what kind of workload either player will have. Regardless, Lowry is likely a very risky DFS play considering he's seemingly still in significant discomfort due to his sprained ankle.

Lowry (ankle) will be a game-time decision for Friday's Game 3 against the Cavaliers, Raptors radio play-by-play announcer Eric Smith reports.
EDGE Analysis
It appears as though Lowry is still dealing with a considerable amount of pain in his sprained ankle, as he is yet to test it out and probably won't be able to do so until closer to tip-off. If Lowry feels good after pregame warmups, he's likely to play, but he could still be a risky DFS play in that scenario given that chances are he will not be at full strength. If the All-Star is unable to give it a go, look for Cory Joseph to start and play a heavy dosage of minutes with Delon Wright serving as his primary backup.

Lowry underwent an MRI on his ankle Thursday and the results ruled out any structural damage, Mike Ganter of The Toronto Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
His status for Friday's Game 3 is still up in the air, but at least Lowry doesn't seem to be dealing with anything more than a sprained ankle. With the Raptors in a 0-2 hole in the series, don't be surprised if their point guard tries to gut it out. but even in the best case scenario Cory Joseph seems likely to play more minutes Friday as Lowry's ankle and workload get managed very carefully.

Lowry (ankle) is questionable for Friday's Game 3 against the Cavaliers, ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry, who suffered a sprained left ankle during the second half of Game 2 and did not participate in Thursday's practice, is now officially being listed as questionable for Game 3. It appears that the Raptors are taking it safe with his recovery in hopes that he'll be fully healthy by the time Friday rolls around. Additional updates on his status should come after Friday's morning shootaround. If he's ultimately unable to take the floor, expect Cory Joseph and Delon Wright to see the majority of duties at the point guard slot.

Lowry (ankle) did not participate in Thursday's practice, Ryan Wolstat of the Toronto Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry is still dealing with a sprained left ankle he suffered from in Wednesday's Game 2. He attempted to return to the game, but was noticeably limping and ultimately unable to finish. He'll undergo further testing Thursday and should be considered questionable at best to return for Friday's Game 3 in Toronto.

Lowry suffered a sprained left ankle during Wednesday's Game 2 against the Cavaliers and won't return.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry originally suffered the injury less than a minute into the second half and limped to the locker room under his own power. He eventually returned the game, but was noticeably hobbled and was once again pulled from the game at the end of the third quarter. He's expected to have his ankle reevaluated further after the game, which should provide us additional clarification surrounding the severity of the injury. Lowry finished Wednesday's contest with 20 points (7-12 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 4-5 FT), one rebound and five assists across 30 minutes. The Raptors play Game 3 against the Cavaliers on Friday, so tentatively consider him questionable for that contest.

Lowry contributed 20 points (7-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 11 assists, two rebounds, and one steal in 40 minutes during Monday's 116-105 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 1.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry has been solid during the playoffs, finishing with more points than shot attempts in every contest except the postseason opener while knocking down 44.4 percent from the field. That may not sound all that great, but it's much better than his previous personal best for the playoffs (40.4 percent). Furthermore, Lowry is averaging 15.0 points, 6.0 assists and 1.7 steals per night, and he'll need to continue being aggressive if the Raptors are going to have any shot at pulling off an upset over the defending champs.

EDGE Analysis
Lowry's back issue didn't seem to bother him much, as he played a team-high minutes load and was superb in every aspect. Lowry may receive treatment in advance of Thursday's Game 6 if his back becomes stiff again, but it's unlikely he'll allow it to keep him out.

Lowry (back) will start at point guard for Monday's Game 5 against the Bucks, Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lowry was held out of the team's morning shootaround earlier Monday with what was listed as back stiffness, but after receiving treatment throughout the day and going through pregame warmups without issue, he's officially been given the green light to play. Barring any in-game setbacks, look for Lowry to take on a full workload while working as the team's starting point guard. In the first four games of the series, Lowry has averaged 14.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.5 three-pointers across 37.8 minutes.
