Lin (illness) posted 18 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and one steal in 36 minutes of action Friday against the Raptors. Lin showed no ill effects in Friday's game, continuing to contribute strong numbers as a starter. He's averaging 21.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 1.8 three-pointers over the last four games, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to ignore him in standard leagues.

Lin (illness) will play Friday against the Raptors, Mike Trudell of TWC Sportsnet reports. Lin will once again start alongside Jordan Clarkson in the backcourt Friday. He's coming off 19 points, three rebounds, and five assists in Wednesday's contest, and has scored at least 19 in each of the last three games. He could be in line for a similar performance Friday, but will face a tough Raptors squad.

Lin is dealing with a minor illness, which leaves his status for Friday's game against the Raptors in question. Lin's ailment does not seem serious, but it could prevent him from taking the court Friday. If Lin is unable to go, Wayne Ellington would get the start in his place.

Lin scored 19 points in his second straight game Wednesday against the Timberwolves. He added three rebounds and five assists in 29 minutes of action. Lin is averaging 16.8 points and 5.0 assists over the last five games, and seems to be set to start until the season is over. He'll hold value in standard leagues in spite of his inconsistency.

Lin got the start Tuesday and finished with 19 points, seven assists, two rebounds, and two turnovers in 30 minutes on the floor. Lin started alongside Jordan Clarkson in the backcourt and the two of them combined for a solid outing. It remains to be seen if Lin will continue to start, but he is producing at a solid level right now. He has gone 2-for-2 from beyond the arc in each of his last two games.

Lin will start at point guard in Tuesday's game against the Thunder. Lin's promotion to the Lakers' starting lineup coincides with him dropping a season-high 29 points in 29 minutes against the 76ers on Sunday. The move will result in Wayne Ellington coming off the bench and Lin probably sharing ball-handling duties to some degree with rookie guard Jordan Clarkson.

Lin has been coming off the bench for much of the season, and his 29 minutes Sunday were his most in seven contests. In his two previous games, Lin had shot just 4-for-16 from the floor and had single digit points in two of his past four games.

Lin (back) will in fact play in Sunday's game against the 76ers, the Los Angeles Daily News reports. Lin was able to get through Sunday's morning shootaround without any issues and should assume his normal role off the bench against the 76ers. The 27-year-old is averaging 23 minutes on the court over his past six games and will likely see around that same total Sunday.

Lin "should be good to go" for Sunday's game against Philadelphia, Mark Medina of the L.A Daily News reports. Lin labored through back spasms during Thursday's loss to Utah, finishing with two points and four rebounds over 22 minutes. Having two full days off prior to Sunday's game should allow Lin to be healthy against Philadelphia.

Lin said Friday that he expects to be back to 100 percent by Saturday, the Los Angeles Daily News reports. Lin played through back spasms Thursday against the Jazz and was limited during Friday's practice. However, he said he'll get back to full speed work Saturday in advance of Sunday's matchup with the 76ers. "I'm not moving fast, but I don't need to," Lin said. "I'll be 100 percent tomorrow for sure."
