Chris Paul does not expect Eric Bledsoe back with the Clippers next season. Did Paul simultaneously admit he's planning on re-signing with the Clippers? "I've said it all season long. I'm enjoying playing with him right now because there's no way he can be here next year because we probably won't have enough money to pay him," Paul said. "He should be a starting point guard in this league next year." Bledsoe is under contract for next season, but the overwhelming expectation is the team will try to move him after securing CP3's signature on the dotted line.

Eric Bledsoe is just now getting his legs back under him after his calf injury earlier in the season. "He gives us an edge to us out there defensively and the speed he plays with," Vinny Del Negro said. "We knew that was going to be a factor for us. I feel he's back playing with a lot of confidence. Bledsoe has looked fully healthy which is good news as the Clippers are preparing to head to the playoffs.

Eric Bledsoe caught fire in 22 minutes vs. the Suns, scoring 17 points with seven assists, two steals and one block. He knocked down 8-of-14 shots with one 3-pointer and it looks like his nagging injuries are behind him, which is terrific news for the Clippers as they gear up for a deep playoff run.

Chauncey Billups (hamstring) practiced but with no contact and the Clippers could really use Bledsoe right now if anything so they can give Chris Paul a blow. It's unclear if he'll be ready for Saturday's game against the Nets, but a return appears to be around the corner.

Bledsoe is still listed as day-to-day, but his injury, described as a "sore left calf," is so painful that he's not even back in practice yet. "No, I'm not surprised at all it's taking this long," Bledsoe said. "I'm trying to work on controlling the swelling. It's getting there." Bledsoe's calf issue is clearly more serious than the team let on, and with Chauncey Billups (groin) getting hurt on Tuesday, Jamal Crawford will see extended minutes for the time being.

The Clippers are going to take it easy on Bledsoe and he has no fantasy value with Chris Paul healthy and the Clippers having a sub-par schedule.

Eric Bledsoe (calf) will not play against the Knicks on Sunday. His calf has kept him out of action for two games before Sunday and the Clippers have kept no secrets about waiting for him to get to 100 percent. He's not worth owning in almost any league.

Eric Bledsoe (calf) did not play on Wednesday, and "it doesn't look as if he will play any time soon." Bledsoe still can't even practice with the team, so we're not counting on seeing him any time soon. With Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups and Jamal Crawford healthy, Bledsoe is not a factor in fantasy leagues.
