McDermott tallied 15 points (6-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds and three assists over 37 minutes in Thursday's 103-100 victory over the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
McDermott benefited from a wealth of playing time once Derrick Rose (elbow) exited after only 12 minutes, posting his ninth double-digit scoring effort of March. The Creighton product had cooled off in recent games, having posted single-digit outings in four of the previous five contests. If Rose is forced to miss any additional games during the season's final days, McDermott could certainly be a worthy addition in any fantasy format.

McDermott was limited to one point (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and three rebounds over 20 minutes in Monday's 102-100 loss to the Hawks.
EDGE Analysis
Following a string of three consecutive performances of 20-plus points, McDermott seems to have bottomed out. He's only reached double figures in two of his last six games since that time, with two one-point efforts mixed in. It appears the return to health of Jimmy Butler and Derrick Rose can be attributed to McDermott's lack of explosive scoring, which has also corresponded with a downturn in minutes. He's probably a safe drop candidate in most formats, but should remain on your radar in DFS formats on nights where the Bulls are resting one or more of their regular starters.

McDermott scored 25 points (8-16 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, and one assist over 29 minutes in Thursday's win over the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
McDermott has gone over the 20-point threshold in the last three games, and seems to be infringing on Mike Dunleavy's role as the starting small forward. Though it seems coach Fred Hoiberg is content to deploy the second-year man in a reserve role, McDermott seems like a fair bet to flirt with 30 minutes most nights while he continues to shoot efficiently. He's knocked down 23-of-37 shots from the field (62.1%) and 12-of-19 (63.1%) from three-point range over that three-game stretch.

McDermott could barely miss while scoring a team-high 29 points (9-11 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 7-8 FT) in Monday's 109-107 win against the Raptors.
EDGE Analysis
McDermott came out and started the game 7-of-7 from the field with 24 of his 29 points in the field half. He didn't do much after, but it was still an incredible performance from the second year forward. McDermott has firmly supplanted himself as the Bulls' irrational confidence guy off the bench, going off every couple of weeks. Unfortunately these games are few and far between and McDermott doesn't contribute much outside of scoring.

McDermott tallied 18 points (6-14 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT), one rebound and one assist over 32 minutes in Saturday's loss to the Trailblazers.
EDGE Analysis
This marks the fifth straight double-digit scoring game for McDermott, who saw a heavy dose of minutes on the wing with several players out for Chicago. The sophomore has hit at least one three-pointer in 14 of his last 16 contests and maybe be a worth a fantasy look if the Bulls remain thin on the perimeter.

McDermott scored 20 points (6-13 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 7-7 FT) while adding five rebounds in 31 minutes off the bench during Friday's loss to the Hawks.
EDGE Analysis
Mike Dunleavy got another start with Derrick Rose (hamstring) sidelined, but it was McDermott who saw the bigger workload off the wing and produced his fourth straight game with double-digit points. The second-year wing is now averaging 14.1 points, 2.7 boards and 1.6 threes in 27.2 minutes during 11 February games, and as long as Rose is out of action, McDermott could be worth rostering if you need help from beyond the arc.

McDermott scored a career-high 30 points (13-17 FG, 4-5 3Pt) while adding four rebounds and an assist in 31 minutes off the bench during Friday's win over the Raptors.
EDGE Analysis
Dougie McBuckets had been showing a bit more consistency of late, scoring in double digits in four of his last five games heading into the All-Star break, but Friday's eruption comes on the heels of a three-point effort against the Cavs on Thursday. The Bulls need offense with Jimmy Butler (knee) out for a few more weeks, so expect McDermott to continue seeing big minutes whenever his shot is falling, but he'll need to avoid clunkers like Thursday's to become a reliable DFS play.

McDermott managed 17 points (6-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 37 minutes during the Bulls' 113-90 loss to the Hawks on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
McDermott saw a career-high 37 minutes of burn on Wednesday in the Bulls' blowout loss. McDermott was also only one point away from matching his career-high in scoring, which he set back on Nov. 9 versus the 76ers. Though he is highly unlikely to see anywhere near this many minutes on a nightly basis, the injury to Jimmy Butler (knee) opens up more playing time for McDermott. He has scored in double figures in four of the last five games, but McDermott does little else to warrant much attention in fantasy.

McDermott tallied 15 points (6-11 FG, 3-4 3Pt) and two rebounds over 25 minutes in Friday's 115-110 loss to the Nuggets.
EDGE Analysis
The second-year pro provided a nice scoring boost off the bench for a Bulls offense that was missing Pau Gasol (hand) for the game and Jimmy Butler (knee) for the second half. It was a second consecutive double-digit scoring game for McDermott, after having only accomplished the feat four times in the 17 contests prior. His minutes have steadied nicely since early January as well, and he's already averaging 23 per game in three February outings. With his accurate shooting touch--particularly from behind the arc---and solid work on the glass, McDermott offers respectable production in deep season-long formats and as a cost-effective option in daily leagues.

McDermott produced six points (2-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt) and one rebound across 21 minutes in Sunday's 120-93 loss to the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
McDermott regressed Sunday after supplying 15 points in the Bulls' previous game against the Lakers, and it's beginning to look like he won't be one of the main beneficiaries of Nikola Mirotic's absence due to an appendectomy. He's averaged 22.5 minutes in the last two games that Mirotic has sat out, which was just about in line with his playing time average for all of January (21.6 minutes).
