Wright (toe) will not play in Friday's game against the Rockets, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, given his doubtful tag, Wright will be sidelined Friday after his re-aggravated his sprained right toe. It's unclear how much time Wright is set to miss, but in his absence, Fred VanVleet should get a slight boost in usage off the bench.

Wright (toe) is listed as doubtful for Friday's game against the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
Wright was forced out of Wednesday's game against the Pistons after re-aggravating his sprained right toe and will not return. It looks like the point guard will have to miss some time now, as the Raptors may have rushed him back from the initial injury. Without Wright, Fred VanVleet will take on all of the backup point guard minutes behind Kyle Lowry.

Wright will not return Wednesday against the Pistons after re-aggravating his sprained right toe.
EDGE Analysis
Wright left Wednesday's game after re-aggravating a toe injury that caused him to leave early on Tuesday. He saw seven minutes of action before leaving and recorded three rebounds. The Raptors play the Knicks on Friday and should be considered questionable for that game at this time.

Wright (toe) is not listed on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Pistons, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wright was forced to leave Tuesday's game early with a sprained big toe on his right foot, but the Raptors aren't listing him on the injury report just a day later, so it must not have been anything overly serious. For that reason, Wright should be available off the bench, though his exact workload is uncertain at this point and he could be monitored closely. Wright has seen 18 or less minutes in each of the last four games, so he wasn't much of a factor for fantasy purposes even before the injury.

Wright will not return to Tuesday's tilt against the Hawks due to a sprained big toe on his right foot.
EDGE Analysis
The severity of the injury is unclear at this time, but Wright will not return as a result. His night will end with 10 points (5-10 FG, 0-2 3PT), four rebounds, and one assist across 18 minutes. The Raptors play again Wednesday against the Pistons, so consider his status up in the air until the team provides more information.

Wright finished with 15 points (6-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four steals and two assists in 25 minutes during Sunday's 101-86 victory over the Grizzlies.
EDGE Analysis
Wright has been bad the last two weeks but had a nice game Sunday. He saw some additional run with the game well in control and made the most of it with his best performance in some time. He matched his season-high with four steals and flashed his upside throughout the contest. He still appears to be behind Fred VanVleet in the pecking order but if he can manage to produce these kinds of numbers on a more regular basis, this could change.

Wright totaled just six points (2-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists and one block in 23 minutes during Friday's 130-105 victory over Portland.
EDGE Analysis
Wright has fallen off the radar somewhat over the past month after being a hot pickup just after Christmas. He has shown glimpses of his upside but has basically fallen behind Fred VanVleet in the rotation. Even in this game where the bench was given additional time due to the nature of the scoreline, Wright failed to take his opportunity. He could get hot again but probably belongs on the waivers in most leagues until he can string some solid performances together again.

Wright, who supplied 12 points (3-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt), six rebounds, six assists and one steal across 29 minutes in Saturday's 115-109 loss to the Timberwolves, is posting career bests in scoring (8.9), rebounds (3.1), assists (2.7) and steals (1.1) across his first 33 games (three starts).
EDGE Analysis
The 2015 first-round pick's 48.6 percent success rate from the field and 6.5 shot attempts per game are also high-water marks, as his 90.8 free-throw shooting percentage. Wright's improvement has been notable and has helped him garner a career-high 21.7 minutes, with that number partly propped up by his three recent starts in Kyle Lowry's stead when the latter was sidelined with a back injury. While Lowry will naturally continue to garner a robust workload, Wright appears to increasingly be carving out a solid and consistent allotment of playing time off the bench with his penchant for multi-category contributions.

Wright scored 20 points (7-11 FG, 5-6 3PT, 1-2 FT) to go with four rebounds, one assist and one steal in 20 minutes during Monday's 117-11 loss to Philadelphia.
EDGE Analysis
Returning to the bench, Wright responded with a season-high five three-pointers to lead all Toronto reserves with 20 points. In three starts in place of Kyle Lowry, the guard was serviceable to the tune of 7.6 points while sinking 36.3 percent of his 7.3 shots per game. On Monday, Wright exceeded beyond his 8.7 points per game average with his second 20-plus point game of the season. However, his value as a scorer is minimal, especially when you consider that this was only the fifth game in which Wright made more than one three-pointer.

Wright will move back to the bench for Monday's game against the 76ers.
EDGE Analysis
Wright made three straight starts at point guard in the absence of Kyle Lowry (back), but with Lowry back in action Monday, the Utah product will move back to his regular role as the primary backup. Over his last seven games, Wright is averaging 10.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.3 steals per game.
