Collison will start Saturday against the Magic in place of Rudy Gay (shoulder), Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Rudy Gay ruled out due to a shoulder strain, Collison will get the start alongside Rajon Rondo and Ben McLemore in the King's backcourt Saturday against the Magic. Considering Collison just returned from a five-game absence due to a hamstring injury, it's unclear how much time he might log with Rondo and McLemore on the floor at the same time. The 28-year-old guard had been a consistent presence for the Kings prior to the injury, averaging 15 points and five assists a game, so it seems likely Collison could put up favorable numbers against the Magic if he can exceed 30 minutes -- something he hasn't been able to do in the previous two games.

Collison (hamstring) returned to action after missing five games Wednesday against the Hawks and posted seven points (3-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt), five assists, two rebounds, and two steals in 28 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
Collison is locked onto the bench playing behind Rajon Rondo, but he's still getting enough playtime to be worth owning in many fantasy leagues. He's averaging over 30 minutes per contest and contributing more than 15 points and five assists. In spite of a rather rusty performance on Wednesday, he should bounce back pretty soon.

Collison (hamstring) will play Wednesday against the Hawks, Kings' broadcaster Gary Gerould reports.
EDGE Analysis
Collison was questionable coming in, but he'll make his return after missing the last five games. In his absence, Rajon Rondo saw huge minutes - 43 or more in all five games - so he'll likely regress back into the high-20s/low-30s with Collison back in the fold.

Collison (hamstring) is hoping to return to the court Wednesday against the Hawks, CSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Collison missed his fifth straight game Sunday, but with a pair of off days on tap before Wednesday's contest, the backup point guard is hoping to get back on the floor. "Wednesday seems like more of the target date," Collison said following Sunday's gam. "Tonight was going to be the night where I go out there and play, but after working on it yesterday, we decided to give it one more game and go from there." Once Collison returns, he should be back to seeing close to 30 minutes per game off the bench, though Rajon Rondo has played well in his absence, seeing an extremely high minutes load while posting three triple-doubles in the Kings' last five games. Rondo has played at least 43 minutes in each game over that stretch.

Collison (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game, James Ham of CSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Collison had hoped to end his streak of four straight absences, but after going through a pregame workout it was determined that he's still not ready to return. That means Rajon Rondo, who has played at least 44 minutes in each of the last four games, will likely see big minutes again Sunday night. The Kings are hopeful that Collison will be able to return Wednesday in Atlanta.

Collison (hamstring) is unlikely to play Sunday against the Raptors, Bill Herenda of KFBK-AM reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Kings could surely benefit from Collison's return, as his ability to play both backcourt spots would allow coach George Karl to give more rest to Rajon Rondo, who has played at least 44 minutes in each of the team's last four games while Collison has been out. However, according to the report, there's only a "small chance" that Collison will be available Sunday, so it looks like only Seth Curry will be available to back up Rondo. After Sunday's game, the Kings won't play again until Wednesday in Atlanta, which may provide Collison will enough time to heal up.

Collison (hamstring) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Nets, James Ham of CSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Collison did some work at practice Thursday, but coach George Karl said he's still not ready to return to game action. Friday will mark Collison's fourth straight absence, and Rajon Rondo should continue to see big minutes in his absence. Rondo has played all 48 minutes in each of the last two games, and he played 44 minutes against Golden State on Saturday.

Collison (hamstring) could miss Friday's game against the Nets, Sean Cunningham of ABC10 KXTV Sacramento reports.
EDGE Analysis
Collison has been a solid backup for the Kings this season, and it's unfortunate he may continue to miss time. Still, his injury isn't supposed to be serious, so owners shouldn't be too worried.

Collison (hamstring) is considered doubtful to play Wednesday, James Ham of CSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Collison was diagnosed with a left hamstring strain after Saturday's loss to Golden State, and he was held out of Monday's defeat at the hands of San Antonio. He appears poised to miss a third straight contest, meaning Rajon Rondo could again see big minutes. Rondo played all 48 minutes Monday, finishing with eight points, 12 assists and six rebounds to go with three steals and nine turnovers.

The Kings said after Saturday's loss to the Warriors that Collison has officially been diagnosed with a left hamstring strain and is considered day-to-day, James Ham of CSN Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
After Collison initially suggested that the hamstring injury would sideline him for several days, it appears that his outlook isn't quite as dire. Collison has already been ruled out for Monday's game against the Spurs, but it's possible he'll be able to return to the court for Wednesday's tilt with the Pistons, if he progresses well in his recovery. James Anderson started at shooting guard in Saturday's loss to the Warriors in place of Collison, and should remain one of the primary beneficiaries of Collison's absence.
