Nolan Reimold (neck) is out of the Orioles' lineup again Tuesday against the Blue Jays. Reimold apparently isn't over the neck spasms which have lingered for the better part of the past week. Endy Chavez will in left field again Tuesday and bat leadoff against right-hander Henderson Alvarez.

Nolan Reimold (neck) is not in the Orioles' lineup Sunday. Not surprising. Reimold has now missed three of the last four starts due to neck spasms, but, barring a setback, has a shot to return to the lineup Tuesday following Monday's off day.

Nolan Reimold supplied most of Baltimore's offense on Friday, going 3-for-5 with a two-run homer and a double. Credit Buck Showalter for sticking with Reimold after Endy Chavez turned in the far superior spring training: Reimold is now hitting .370 with five homers in 46 at-bats.

Nolan Reimold is not in Thursday's lineup due to neck spasms. Reimold is one of the hottest hitters in the league, having homered in four of the last five games, but he recently depth with a hamstring injury and now has the neck ailment. Consider him day-to-day until further notice. Endy Chavez is getting the start in left field.

Orioles manager Buck Showalter said Nolan Reimold (hamstring) will return to the lineup Tuesday. Reimold is sitting out for a second straight day Monday, but it sounds like it was just a precautionary move. The 28-year-old is batting .323/.323/.613 with a couple homers on the young season.

Nolan Reimold (hamstring) is out of the starting lineup for the second straight day Monday. Reimold sat out Sunday's game after dealing with a hamstring cramp on Saturday. He is available off the bench, which is a good sign that he'll be back in the lineup very soon. Endy Chavez is starting in left field Monday.

Nolan Reimold connected on a two-run home run off of Francisco Cordero in the ninth inning on Saturday, leading the Orioles to a 6-4 win over the Blue Jays. Reimold's HR was his second in as many games. He finished the game 2-for-5 with two RBI and is now hitting .323 (10-for-33) on the season. He's off to a terrific start and has provided a spark at the top of the Orioles lineup.

Nolan Reimold went 3-for-5 with a homer, three runs scored and a steal in the Orioles 7-5 win over the Blue Jays on Friday. Reimold scored the tying run on a Wilson Betemit single in the eighth inning and added a solo shot for insurance in the ninth. He's off to a solid start to the season hitting .308 (8-for-28) and seems to be entrenched as the Orioles lead-off hitter.

Nolan Reimold is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Yankees. Endy Chavez will make the start in left field and bat leadoff against right-hander Freddy Garcia. Orioles' manager Buck Showalter appears content with using a platoon, at least until someone steps up and takes the regular job. Reimold is more intriguing from a fantasy perspective, but neither player is worth using outside of AL-only leagues right now.

Nolan Reimold got the start and hit leadoff against the Twins on Opening Day, but he went 0-for-4 in the game against the Twins. It's encouraging that Reimold got the nod against a right-hander, but he could really use a hot start to secure his job. He'll almost certainly be back in their against the lefty Francisco Liriano on Saturday, but unless he has a big game, we're guessing Endy Chavez will start over him versus Liam Hendriks on Sunday.
