Mikolas had a solid season in 2013, posting a 3.25 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 40/17 K/BB ratio in 61 innings of relief at Triple-A Tucson. Unless he has an outstanding spring, he's unlikely to crack the Opening Day bullpen.

The 25-year-old right-hander had a decent 3.25 ERA and 40/17 K/BB ratio in 61 innings this past summer at the Triple-A level and could factor into the Pirates' bullpen mix at some point in 2014.
