He also struck out twice though, and until Taylor gets better control of the strike zone he'll have a hard time improving on his .246/.295/.389 slash line.

Taylor will start in center field and bat leadoff Saturday against the Phillies. With Denard Span (back) still unable to go, Taylor will be afforded a second straight start atop the order and his 13th start in the leadoff spot this season. Taylor is batting .284 with a .314 OBP this month (87 PA), swiping four bags with one homer.
