Taylor went 1-for-4 with a double and three RBI against the Pirates on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor has sat against each of the last five opposing right-handed starting pitchers, but he has started against the last four lefties. He hit ninth in the order Friday against Bailey Falter and delivered a three-RBI double in the seventh inning to put the team up 10-1. While his playing time isn't likely to be consistent, Taylor has hit a decent .240 with four doubles, eight RBI and two runs scored across 29 plate appearances in July.

Taylor is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rockies.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor was on the bench Thursday after sustaining a left trap contusion a night earlier, but he returned to the lineup for the White Sox's first two games in Colorado, starting in left field and going 3-for-8 with a home run, a double and four RBI. Though the absence of Luis Robert (hamstring) leaves an everyday role available in the outfield, Taylor may have to share playing time in center with Brooks Baldwin, who will remain in the starting nine for a fourth straight contest.

Taylor went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run, a double and a second run scored Saturday against the Rockies.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor suffered a bruise that caused him to exit Wednesday's game against the Dodgers and he sat out the next day's contest, but he hasn't missed any additional time. He currently has a three-game hitting streak, and he also has four RBI and two runs scored in that span. Saturday was a particularly strong performance, as he slugged his fifth home run and 12th double of the season.

Taylor was removed from Wednesday's game against the Dodgers due to a left trap contusion.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor was caught stealing third base in the sixth inning and didn't come out on defense for the bottom of the frame. It remains to be seen whether his bruise will prevent him from playing in Thursday's series finale, but if that's the case, Brooks Baldwin could be in line to start in center field.

Taylor will start in center field and bat eighth in Sunday's game against the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor had already started six straight games, but he should have a longer leash in the lineup after Luis Robert (hamstring) was placed on the injured list Sunday. The White Sox are likely to call up another outfielder to help fill in for Robert prior to Tuesday's game against the Dodgers. Taylor has been reasonably productive when called upon in June, slashing .255/.340/.447 with two home runs, one stolen base, eight runs and seven RBI in 22 games.

Taylor will start in left field and bat ninth in the first game of Thursday's doubleheader versus the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor will crack the lineup for the fifth time in six contests, drawing three starts against righties and two versus lefties during that stretch. Though he's holding down an .870 OPS so far in June and may have earned some extra opportunities as a result, Taylor is still likely viewed as the White Sox's fourth outfielder behind Luis Robert, Andrew Benintendi and Mike Tauchman. Taylor seems most likely to see the bulk of the starts moving forward against left-handed pitching, serving as a replacement in the lineup for either the left-handed-hitting Benintendi or Tauchman.

Taylor went 1-for-2 with a home run, four RBI, two runs scored and one steal in Tuesday's victory over the Tigers.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor played a pivotal role in Tuesday's win, drawing an RBI walk in the fourth inning and later launching a three-run homer in the sixth. The 34-year-old's overall season slash line of .206/.277/.374 with 14 RBI isn't impressive, but his .250/.338/.464 line with 12 RBI over the past 30 games is an encouraging sign. The 2021 Gold Glove winner will always provide value with his defense, but an offensive surge is a welcome development.

Taylor went 1-for-3 with a solo home run Wednesday against the Reds.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor has been in the lineup for two straight games, even with Luis Robert back in the lineup. Both of those starts have come against left-handed pitching, though Taylor is likely to lose playing time to Joshua Palacios against right-handed pitching. He performed well with the opportunity Wednesday but is hitting just .198/.258/.360 across 94 plate appearances for the season.

Taylor will start in center field and bat ninth in Sunday's game against the Marlins.
EDGE Analysis
Taylor will draw his fourth consecutive start and his sixth in seven games, but his playing time is expected to begin trending down. Luis Robert (ankle) is missing a second straight game but is available off the bench Sunday and is likely to rejoin the lineup Tuesday in Cincinnati. Once Robert returns, Taylor will be left to fend with Brooks Baldwin and Joshua Palacios for playing time in the corner outfield spots.

Taylor went 3-for-5 with three doubles, three RBI, and two runs scored in Saturday's 10-3 win versus the Athletics.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran outfielder drew the start with left-handed Jeffrey Springs on the mound and made the most of it. Taylor notched the first three-double game in his 12-year career, hitting two off Springs and one off reliever Noah Murdock. The 34-year-old is currently in a short-side platoon role and has slashed .196/.237/.357 across 59 plate appearances.
