Weaver did not factor in the decision during Tuesday's win over the Phillies, giving up four runs on six hits over five innings. He struck out four and issued four walks.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver has allowed four runs in each of his last three starts, -- while giving up 22 hits and 10 walks over 15.1 innings -- and also gave up a pair of solo home runs Tuesday. The 24-year-old has a 4.69 ERA and 1.40 WHIP with a 68:30 K:BB across 78.2 innings, and currently has an unappealing matchup at Milwaukee on tap for Sunday.

Weaver didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 7-6 extra-inning win over the Reds, allowing four runs on seven hits and five walks over five innings while striking out three.
EDGE Analysis
The right-hander threw only 55 of 100 pitches for strikes, but despite his shaky control Weaver was still in line for his fourth win of the year before Bud Norris blew the save in the ninth inning. Weaver had issued only five free passes total in his prior five starts, so expect him to rebound when he next takes the mound Wednesday at home against the Padres.

Weaver (3-5) did not factor in the decision in Saturday's win over the Pirates, allowing one run on four hits and no walks, while recording four strikeouts.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver gave up a solo home run to Colin Moran in the fifth inning, but otherwise limited the Pirates to three singles. The 24-year-old rebounded after giving up four runs over four innings during his previous start, and now has a 4.41 ERA and 1.25 WHIP over 63.1 innings this season. Weaver is next expected to start at Cincinnati next Friday.

Weaver (3-5) was hit with the loss Monday against the Brewers, allowing four runs on five hits and two walks across four innings while striking out three.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver took a step backwards Monday after allowing just four runs across 19 innings in his previous three starts. He conceded a two-out, two-RBI double to pitcher Brent Suter in the fourth inning to put the Cardinals in the hole 4-0, prompting manager Mike Matheny to pinch hit for him in the top of the fifth frame despite his pitch count sitting at 76. The 24-year-old now owns a 4.63 ERA and 53:20 K:BB across 11 starts (58.1 innings) this season. Weaver will look to bounce back in his next start, which will come at home against the Pirates.

Weaver (3-4) was handed the loss Tuesday against the Royals, allowing three runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out eight over seven innings.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver actually pitched fairly well in this one despite the loss, striking out a season-high eight with first-pitch strikes to 23 of the 28 batters he faced and 13 swinging strikes in all. He was done in by the long ball, as he allowed a pair of home runs and got just one run of support from his offense. Following a rocky start to the season, the 24-year-old seems to have turned a corner in his past three starts. In that span, he has a compiled a 1.89 ERA with 18:3 K:BB over 19 innings to lower his ERA from 5.60 to 4.31. He'll look to keep rolling Monday against the Brewers.

Weaver (3-3) allowed one earned run on four hits while walking one and striking out six across seven innings, but took the loss Thursday against the Phillies.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver put forth arguably his best effort of the season, surpassing six innings pitched in a start for the first time since April 8. He generated 15 swinging strikes and nine groundballs out of 15 balls in play, a strong combination for run prevention. After being roughed up in four consecutive starts, Weaver has rebounded to allow only one earned across 12 innings pitched in his last two outings.

Weaver (2-2) allowed four runs in four innings on six hits and a walk Saturday against the Cubs. He struck out two and did not factor into the decision.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver has now allowed at least four runs in each of his last four starts. He's allowed a total of 18 runs in 18 innings over that span. It's far less than was expected for the 24-year-old, who came into the season on the back of a solid 60.1-inning performance last season in which he recorded a 3.88 ERA and a 3.17 FIP. He'll look to get back on track with an easier matchup Friday in San Diego.

Weaver (2-2) allowed four runs on six hits and two walks while striking out six over 5.1 innings in Sunday's loss to the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver was able to maneuver through the first five innings without allowing a run before getting himself into trouble in the sixth. Weaver allowed back-to-back singles and a walk to load the bases before Elias Diaz slapped two-run single into right field. Jordan Hicks came on in relief but allowed two more Pirates to cross home plate, bringing Weaver's earned run total to four. The 24-year-old has now allowed 14 runs in his past three starts and currently sports a disappointing 5.17 ERA. He'll look to get back on track Saturday against the Cubs.

Weaver allowed four runs on two hits and six walks while striking out four in 4.2 innings against the Mets on Tuesday. He did not factor into the decision.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver was cruising along until the fifth inning before he lost the zone, as he proceeded to walk three and allow a game-tying home run after recording the first two outs of the inning. Though it got out of hand in the fifth, Weaver struggled with command all night with first-pitch strikes to just seven of the 21 batters he faced. The 24-year-old spun three terrific starts to open up the year, but he's failed to make it out of the fifth inning in each of his last two. He'll look to right the ship Sunday against the Pirates.

Weaver will start Tuesday's game against the Mets, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
Weaver had been scheduled to pitch Wednesday, but with Adam Wainwright (elbow) landing on the DL, the Cardinals decided to have Weaver's next start come a day earlier than planned. Weaver has started four games this season, over which he's thrown to the tune of a 4.22 ERA and 1.27 WHIP.
