Jackson allowed one run on two hits and a walk during a blown save against the Brewers on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The walk was intentional, but Jackson also hit a batter. He was fortunate to only give up one run, as the Brewers had the bases loaded with one out in the ninth, but Jackson had already blown the lead. He is 6-for-9 in save attempts and has blown two of his last six opportunities, but Atlanta doesn't really seem to have many other options for the closer role. He also has a 2.31 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 30 strikeouts in 23.1 innings this season.

Jackson struck out the only batter he faced to record his sixth save of the season in Friday's 12-8 win over the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
It didn't seem like Atlanta was going to need its closer when the Braves wrapped up the sixth inning with a 12-0 lead, but the bullpen let Milwaukee back into the game, forcing manager Brian Snitker to summon Jackson with two on and two outs in the ninth. He's now 6-for-7 in converting save chances since moving into the closer role in late April, and his 2.01 ERA and 28:7 K:BB through 22.1 innings on the year are elite numbers for a reliever, albeit in a small sample.

Jackson struck out three over two scoreless innings to record his fifth save of the season in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
After Dan Winkler walked the first two batters in the eighth inning on eight pitches while trying to protect a 2-0 lead, Atlanta manager Brian Sntiker turned to his closer to escape the jam and let him finish things out after Charlie Culberson tacked on a couple of insurance runs with a homer in the bottom half of the frame. Jackson now sports a 2.05 ERA and 27:7 K:BB over 22 innings, and he'll likely continue to be needed for more than three outs at a time given the unreliable arms in his setup crew.

Jackson allowed two hits and fanned two batters across two scoreless innings to earn the save Sunday against Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
Jackson got himself out of a jam in the eighth inning, inducing a ground ball for the final out of the frame with runners on second and third. He managed to cruise through the ninth, retiring the side in order. Jackson has now converted on back-to-back save opportunities, and he'll continue to see chances with A.J. Minter out of the picture for the time being.

Jackson struck out two in a perfect ninth inning against the Diamondbacks on Friday en route to his third save of the season.
EDGE Analysis
Jackson retired the side in order on 15 pitches (10 strikes), bouncing back from his second blown save Thursday (his first since stepping into the closer role). A.J. Minter is out of the mix for now, so it seems it will be Dan Winkler and lefty Sean Newcomb serving as the top setup arms in front of Jackson. Jackson is throwing harder this year and has a healthy 20.3 K-BB%. He's looking like a priority add in leagues where he's still available.

Jackson gave up a solo home run in the ninth inning to David Peralta to blow his second save of the season in Thursday's extra-inning loss to the Diamondbacks.
EDGE Analysis
The right-hander nearly gave away the game entirely -- after Peralta's two-out shot, Jackson gave up a single and a walk before getting Wilmer Flores to line out to end the frame. Fortunately for his ninth-inning job security -- if less fortunate for Atlanta -- A.J. Minter then lost the game in the bottom of the 10th. It's the first run Jackson's allowed since Opening Day, so barring an addition to the bullpen from outside the organization, he should remain in the closer mix.

Jackson allowed one hit with two strikeouts in his second save of the year during a 3-1 extra-inning victory against the Marlins on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
The Braves closer role remains in flux since A.J. Minter blew a save on April 27. In three save situations since then, the Braves have turned to Jackson twice and Jacob Webb once. Since giving up four runs in his season debut, Jackson has pitched 15 straight scoreless innings. He'll likely become the Braves regular closer if he continues this streak any longer. Jackson owns a 2.25 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 19 strikeouts in 16 frames this year.

Jackson retired the final two batters Sunday against the Padres to pick up the save.
EDGE Analysis
Jackson managed to record the final two outs in a one-run ballgame to preserve the victory. The 27-year-old has been stellar out of the bullpen this season for Atlanta, with his lone hiccup coming in his first outing of the season against the Phillies, when he surrendered four runs over one inning of work. Since then, Jackson has turned in 12 straight scoreless appearances.

Jackson has turned in 10 consecutive scoreless appearances out of the Atlanta bullpen while posting a 15:4 K:BB across 10.1 innings.
EDGE Analysis
Jackson served up a grand slam to Rhys Hoskins on Opening Day, but he's been lights out ever since to slowly work his way up the bullpen pecking order. With several Atlanta relievers either injured or not performing up to expectations early on this season, Jackson was included as part of the bridge to closer A.J. Minter in Tuesday's 3-1 win, notching his second hold in the process. He may now rank as one of manager Brian Snitker's top options for saves on days when Minter isn't available.

Jackson gave up two hits and struck out one in two-thirds of an inning during Sunday's win over the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
After Johnny Venters gave up two hits with one out in the eighth inning, Jackson entered the game and allowed both inherited runners to score. The right-hander did extend his own scoreless streak to seven appearances and 7.1 innings, however, and Jackson's 12:2 K:BB over that stretch has made him one of Atlanta's more reliable middle relief options. His low-leverage role limits his fantasy upside -- he has just one win and one hold -- but in deep NL-only formats, he could have some marginal value if he keeps racking up K's.
