Duda (back) underwent an MRI on Saturday and is expected to miss at least a few days, ESPN New York reports.
EDGE Analysis
Duda was scratched from Saturday's lineup and subsequently examined by a team doctor, who advised the first baseman to take "a few days to rest." Duda will undergo further testing to determine whether or not a DL stint will be warranted, but at this point he should be considered day-to-day. "It's too early to tell," said Mets manager Terry Collins.

Duda has been scratched from Saturday's lineup, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Duda had been dealing with stiffness in his back earlier in the week, and the issue appears to have resurfaced. He'll be replaced at first base by Eric Campbell, who will hit in the five hole against Milwaukee's Zach Davies.

Duda (back) is back in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against the Nationals, Adam Rubin of ESPN New York reports.
EDGE Analysis
Duda missed the previous two games with some back stiffness, but it appears that the injection he received Monday did the trick to make his back feel better. He'll slot into his usual spot at first base and bat fifth against Nationals starter Stephen Strasburg.

Duda'a stiff back is feeling better and he may be able to pinch-hit Wednesday with the goal to have him in starting lineup Thursday, Adam Rubin of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Duda received an injection Monday, which was to sideline him 2-3 days. Eric Campbell got the nod Tuesday and will start Wednesday at first base instead of Duda, who will regain his spot possibly as early as Wednesday.

Duda (back) remains out of the lineup Wednesday against the Nationals, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It appears that even with the injection Duda received Monday, he'll head to the bench for Tuesday's matchup. That being said, the first baseman may not have even been in the lineup if he was healthy considering he doesn't hit all that well against left-handers like the Nationals' probable starter Gio Gonzalez, He's reportedly feeling much better and could be available to pinch hit, but a more likely scenario is that he rejoins the lineup for Thursday's contest.

Duda is dealing with a stiff back and he received an injection Monday, Adam Rubin of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rubin's report explains why Duda, the Mets' best option at first base, was left out of the lineup for Tuesday's series opener against Max Scherzer and the Nationals. Given that Duda received an injection to treat his sore back Monday, it's possible that he'll require more than one day off before he can get back on the field. Eric Campbell will take Duda's place at first base Tuesday and he could do so again should Duda miss additional time.

Duda is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
It's unclear what the motive behind a day off for Duda could be considering right-hander Max Scherzer is on the bump for Washington, although Duda is only 2-for-8 with four strikeouts against the Nationals ace. Regardless, the Mets decided to keep him on the bench for the contest, although he could very well appear as a pinch hitter later in the game. Eric Campbell will garner the start at first base in his stead.

Duda is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Dodgers.
EDGE Analysis
With Clayton Kershaw taking the hill Thursday night, Duda will head to the bench after managing only one hit off of lefties this season. Eric Campbell will take over for him at first base Thursday, although he should be back in the lineup for Friday's matchup with the Rockies, as right-hander Jon Gray is slated to pitch for Colorado.

Duda is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Dodgers.
EDGE Analysis
With the Mets facing a left-handed pitcher, Duda will surrender his post in the lineup Tuesday and utility man Eric Campbell will take his place at first base. Duda has slumped a bit of late, slashing .167/.310/.458 over the last week, but he figures to draw back into the lineup Wednesday against a righty.

Duda went 2-for-4 with two bombs and three RBI in an 8-0 victory over the Braves on Wednesday afternoon.
EDGE Analysis
The first baseman has started May with a bang, going deep three times in the first three games of the month. Duda now has seven home runs, all of which have come since April 18. Since then, he is also batting .300 with 13 RBI and 10 runs.
