Webb (7-2) allowed an unearned run on two hits, two walks and a hit batter with six strikeouts in six innings, earning the win versus the Reds on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Webb was just average for much of May and into June, but he's rediscovered the form that made him look like a staff ace in the latter half of 2021. Over his last three starts, he's covered 20 innings while allowing two runs (one earned), 13 hits and five walks while striking out 22. The right-hander now has a 3.04 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 81:22 K:BB across 91.2 innings in 15 starts overall. He'll look to keep rolling in a projected home start versus the White Sox next weekend.

Webb completed seven innings against Atlanta on Monday, allowing one run on six hits and no walks while striking out seven. He did not factor in the decision.
EDGE Analysis
Webb allowed a second-inning Travis d'Arnaud solo home run but did not surrender any additional runs for the remainder of his outing. He didn't get much run support, however, and was in line for the loss until the Giants scored their only run in the eighth frame. Webb finished with his second straight quality start and has posted a 16:3 K:BB while yielding only one run across 14 innings over that span. He has posted a 3.26 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 75:20 K:BB while recording a 6-2 record over 85.2 innings on the season.

Webb (6-2) earned the win Tuesday over the Royals. He allowed five hits and three walks with nine strikeouts in seven shutout innings.
EDGE Analysis
Webb has seen a number of starts lately ruined by one rough inning, but it didn't happen Tuesday. He kept runs off the board for the first time in all season, though his three walks matched a season high. With the gem, the 25-year-old lowered his ERA to 3.43 with a 1.18 WHIP and 68:20 K:BB across 78.2 innings across 13 starts. He'll look to build upon this strong showing in his next start, tentatively scheduled for early next week in Atlanta.

Webb (5-2) took the loss Thursday against Colorado, allowing three runs (two earned) on seven hits and a walk while striking out three in 5.2 innings.
EDGE Analysis
The first five Rockies batters reached base to begin the fourth inning against Webb. Two reached on errors and the Giants committed a third error in the field allowing runners to advance. All three runs against Webb came around to score as a result. The 25-year-old has been competitive but unspectacular through 12 starts this season, amassing a 3.77 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 59:17 K:BB. His next start will likely be early next week against Kansas City.

Webb did not factor in the decision against Miami on Saturday. He pitched 4.2 innings, allowing four runs on four hits and two walks while striking out six.
EDGE Analysis
Webb looked to be cruising to a win through four innings, as he held the Marlins without a run while San Francisco built a 4-0 lead. However, things fell apart for the right-hander in the fifth, when he gave up three straight hits to start the frame and was pulled before he could notch the third out. This was the first time since April 19 that Webb failed to complete five innings, but he avoided taking his first loss since that date. He'll look for better results in a tough matchup at home against the Dodgers next week.

Webb tossed eight innings, giving up three runs on four hits while striking out 10 in the victory over the Phillies on Monday. He did not factor into the decision.
EDGE Analysis
Webb was unable to limit the homers in this one, giving up three solo shots and tarnishing what was an almost perfect performance. Most notably, he entered the ninth inning with a 3-2 lead, but he allowed a game-tying home run to Kyle Schwarber to open the inning and was forced out of the contest. The 10 strikeouts were a season high for the right-hander and he has now given up three or fewer runs in four straight starts and all but one of his 10 outings in 2022. Webb now owns a 3.52 ERA and 1.16 WHIP with 50 punchouts over 61.1 frames this year.

Webb didn't factor into the decision during Tuesday's 13-12 win against the Mets, allowing two runs on five hits and one walk with six strikeouts in five innings.
EDGE Analysis
Webb permitted one run on three hits in the second inning and another in the fourth before departing with a comfortable six-run lead only for New York to rally with seven runs in the eighth. Though he hasn't been dominant with 40 strikeouts in 53.1 innings, the 25-year-old has been extremely steady through nine starts -- allowing four runs or fewer in every turn -- that feature a 3.54 ERA and 1.26 WHIP. He's slated to take the mound again early next week against Philadelphia.

Webb allowed three earned runs on four hits and two walks while striking out six across seven innings Wednesday against the Rockies. He did not factor into the decision.
EDGE Analysis
Webb coughed up two runs in the first frame but rebounded to turn in his sixth quality start in eight appearances this season. He did so primarily by keeping the ball out of the air, as 17 of his 21 outs came via either groundball or strikeout. Webb owns a 3.54 ERA with a 34:13 K:BB across 48.1 innings on the campaign.

Webb (5-1) allowed one run on three hits and three walks over six innings Friday, striking out one batter and picking up a win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Webb gave up an RBI groundout to Paul Goldschmidt in the first innings before shutting the Cardinals down for five straight frames. It was the second time this season that he struck out only one batter, with the last one happening on April 19 when he threw just 3.2 innings. Webb is now sporting a 3.48 ERA with a 28:11 K:BB through 41.1 frames. He's expected to face the Rockies on the road next week.

Webb (4-1) earned the win over St. Louis on Saturday, completing five innings and allowing four runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out seven.
EDGE Analysis
This was far from Webb's best outing of the season -- he allowed a season-high four runs and needed 84 pitches to get through five frames. However, the Giants racked up nine runs in the first four innings, allowing the right-hander to pitch with limited stress and enabling him to pick up his fourth victory. Promisingly, Webb tied his season high with seven strikeouts after punching out just three batters in his previous outing. He'll carry a 3.82 ERA into his next start, which lines up to be a rematch against the Cardinals -- this time in St. Louis -- on Friday.
