Turner was ejected after the end of Sunday's game for arguing with umpire Marty Foster, the Orange County Register reports. Turner was originally given the day off, but he ended up coming into the game in the bottom of the eighth. The game ended with Turner striking out at the plate, and he criticized the strike zone after the game. With the suspension, Turner will have to pay a fine, but he shouldn't be in danger of missing any games as a result of the incident.

Turner is out of the lineup Sunday against the Braves. Turner will be replaced by the recently-acquired Alberto Callaspo at third base, who will be making his first start with his new team. The 30-year-old Turner is adjusting to his new role as an everyday player well, as he's currently in the midst of a seven-game hitting streak and owns a 1.005 OPS in May.

Turner went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk and a run scored in a 5-1 win over the Cardinals on Saturday. Turner was moved up to the two-hole to replace the struggling Jimmy Rollins on Saturday, and he responded by extending his hitting streak to seven games. Now that Turner is an everyday player, he's worth a look in a wide variety of fantasy formats, as he's been surprisingly productive and seems destined to enjoy a favorable spot in the Dodgers' lineup for the foreseeable future.

Turner went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles in a 3-0 loss to the Cardinals on Friday. Turner was recently promoted to the everyday third-base job, and it's easy to see why, as he's been raking night after night. With the departure of Juan Uribe, Turner's only competition for playing time is rookie slugger Alex Guererro, whom manager Don Mattingly seems averse to starting at third base. Turner could be a sneaky fantasy pickup, as his hot hitting and multi-position eligibility have made him into a legitimate asset.

Turner will be the team's primary third baseman going forward, starting around five days a week according to manager Don Mattingly, Dodgers Nation reports. "We try to be three on, one off and two on and one off. Trying basically to not let him go too far at one time," Mattingly said. Alex Guerrero will be second on the depth chart, with Uribe third until he's trade. Hector Olivera looms however, as he's expected to be ready within a month.

Turner is not in the lineup Sunday against the Padres. Turner has made three straight starts at the hot corner, but manager Don Mattingly will instead elect to roll with Alex Guerrero on Sunday afternoon. Turner has certainly made it difficult for Mattingly to rest him, as the 30-year-old infielder owns a 1.038 OPS over 47 at-bats in May.

Turner started at third base for the fifth straight game on Sunday and went 1-for-2 with two walks against the Rockies. The 30-year-old has all but taken over for Juan Uribe at third base for the Dodgers and could put up some decent counting stats as an everyday player in such a potent lineup, as he already has 5 home runs and 16 RBI in just 68 at-bats on the season.

Turner was 0-for-3 with the lone RBI for the Dodgers in the 7-1 loss to the Rockies on Saturday. Turner was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the ninth to grab his 16th RBI of the season. 16 RBI out of a reserve player is very impressive and the more and more he plays, the more he produces.

Turner is in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Rockies. Turner will start at first base and hit cleanup Saturday with the Dodgers employing an all-righty lineup against Rockies stater Jorge De La Rosa. Turner has been sizzling this month, going 10-for-30 (.333) with four home runs, 11 RBI, and nine runs scored in 12 games.

Turner will start at third base and bat second Wednesday against the Marlins, David Vassegh of 570 AM Los Angeles reports. Jimmy Rollins will get a day off, affording Turner an opportunity in the two-hole against right-hander Jarred Cosart. Turner is just 1-for-his-last-9, but he's batting .309/.377/.655 in 61 plate appearances this season with a 16-for-48 mark (five home runs) against right-handed pitching.
