Turner went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored Friday in a 4-3 win over the Padres. After taking a few days off due to a knee issue, Turner was right back at it, recording yet another multi-hit game -- his 10th of the year. With his multi-position eligibility and prime spot in the Dodgers' lineup, he's become a surprisingly strong fantasy option. Turner's low strikeout rate makes him a legitimate threat to maintain his .300-plus average, as he's only whiffed 21 times in 133 at-bats this season.

Turner (knee) is back in the lineup Friday against the Padres. As of Wednesday, Turner still had not resumed baseball activities, but clearly he has responded well to treatment and shown the training staff enough to warrant a return to the lineup. He will man third base and bat fifth in his first career meeting with right-hander Odrisamer Despaigne.

Turner (knee) continues to undergo treatment, but has yet to resume baseball activities, Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register reports. Turner has now been out of the lineup for back-to-back days since fouling a pitch off his knee Monday. Although the infielder says he's feeling better, he'll likely have to test the stiff knee out on the field and be able to maneuver comfortably before returning to the lineup. Alberto Callaspo should continue to see steady work at third base until Turner is physically ready to play a full game.

Turner is not in the lineup Wednesday against Arizona, David Vassegh of Dodger Talk reports. Turner remains out of the lineup for the second straight day after fouling a ball off his knee Monday. He should continue to be considered day-to-day and figures to be back in the mix in the coming days, as an X-Ray on Tuesday revealed no structural damage.

Turner (knee) is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Diamondbacks. Turner left Monday's game after fouling a ball off his knee, and while X'Rays revealed no structural damage, he's likely dealing with considerable soreness. As a result, Turner will be held out of Tuesday's lineup, as the Dodgers go with a starting outfield of Yasiel Puig (right), Chris Heisey (center) and Alex Guerrero (left).

Turner's X-rays came back negative, and he's day-to-day with a left knee contusion. Good news for Turner, who avoided injury after fouling a pitch off his leg against Arizona on Monday. He could be back in the lineup Tuesday or Wednesday; with all the depth the Dodgers have, they can afford to give Turner a day to get well.

Turner left Monday's game after fouling a ball off his knee, Steve Dilbeck of the Los Angeles Times reports. Turner deflected a Rubby De La Rosa heater right into himself in the third inning and went down in a heap. He went 1-for-2 and scored a run before departing, continuing what's been a surprisingly strong season. We'll likely get some news later Monday night or Tuesday on Turner's status. In the meantime, Alberto Callaspo replaced him at third base, and Alex Guerrero could be in line to see more time at third if Turner ends up having to miss significant action.

Turner supplied all of the Dodgers' offense Sunday against the Cardinals, finishing 2-for-4 with a double and a pair of RBI in the loss. The veteran has seen steady playing time at third base since the departure of Juan Uribe and has now started 10 of the team's last 12 games at the hot corner. Turner is hitting .307 with five home runs and 23 RBI in limited at-bats this season and is a viable infield option in deeper leagues now that he is seeing regular playing time.

Turner is not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Cardinals. Turner tallied four hits over his last two games, but he will get the night off in favor of Alberto Callaspo so the Dodgers can get another left-hander in the lineup against Cardinals starter Carlos Martinez.

Turner is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Rockies, Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times reports. Alberto Callaspo will man the hot corner in the nightcap as Turner sits following a 1-for-4 showing in Game 1. With Alex Guerrero likely shouldering more of the load in left field with Scott Van Slyke (back) on the DL, Turner appears in line to continue seeing the majority of the start at third base for the Dodgers.
