Jonathan Lucroy went 3-for-5 with a grand slam and seven RBI against the Cubs on Thursday. It's Lucroy's second seven-RBI game of the season. He's the 24th player since 1918 to have two seven-RBI games in a season. The others to do it since 2000 were alex Rodriguez (2000), Jason Giambi (2000), Cody Ross (2006), Derrek Lee (2009) and Ben Zobrist (2011).

Jonathan Lucroy smacked a two-run double on Tuesday, powering the Brewers to a 5-2 win over the Cubs. Lucroy's double off Alberto Cabrera capped off a three-run uprising in the sixth inning that put the Brewers on top 4-0. After struggling initially in his return from the disabled list, Lucroy has now hit safely in four straight games, driving home six runs in the process.

Jonathan Lucroy is not in Wednesday's lineup against the Reds. He's sitting with the day game after the night game. Carlos Maldonado will start behind the plate and catch left-hander Randy Wolf.

Lucroy is slated to play in rehab games Tuesday and Wednesday with Triple-A Nashville. If all goes well, he'll be activated from the disabled list Thursday. Lucroy has been sidelined since late May with a fracture in his right hand.
