He's projected for a difficult home start next weekend versus the homer-happy Giants.

Atlanta got to him again in the fourth for another run on a double by Dansby Swanson and Gray's night eventually ended after five frames and 90 pitches. The 29-year-old hasn't logged a quality start since Aug. 4 but has strung together two solid efforts to open up September. Overall. Gray has a 4.16 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 140:56 K:BB over 136.1 innings and lines up to face the Nationals on the road his next time out.

He'll look to improve on his 7-10 record next week in a tough road start in Atlanta.
