Rickard is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
With the Orioles facing off against the right-handed Kyle Gibson, Rickard will be stationed on the bench for fifth time in the past six games. Hyun Soo Kim will draw the start in his stead, batting seventh.

Rickard is leading off and playing left field Saturday against Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
Rickard hasn't seen much playing time of late, but Hyun Soo Kim will make way Saturday in Minnesota. On the hill for the Twins is lefty Adalberto Mejia, who has won three straight games while allowing just three runs over his last 17.2 innings. Rickard is hitting .270/.304/.378 in 74 at-bats against southpaws this season.

Rickard is not in Friday's lineup versus Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
Rickard will take a seat for the fourth consecutive game. Although the outfielder has come in to the game in each of the last three days, he will once again start the contest on the bench as the Orioles face southpaw Felix Jorge. In his place, Hyun Soo Kim draws another start in left while batting seventh.

Rickard is not in the lineup Thursday against the Twins, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
This marks the third game in a row that Rickard will watch from the bench, which comes as a surprise given that they are able to use Mark Trumbo as a designated hitter again. Nonetheless, the Orioles will opt to plug Hyun Soo Kim into the lineup to face the right-handed Jose Berrios instead of Rickard.

Rickard is out of the lineup again Wednesday against Milwaukee.
EDGE Analysis
Rickard will sit for the second straight game as manager Buck Showalter opts for Mark Trumbo to make the start in right. With the Orioles heading to Minnesota (and the opportunity to use a DH) on Thursday, Rickard could be back in the lineup for the series opener.

Rickard is out of the lineup Tuesday against the Brewers.
EDGE Analysis
Despite his defensive shortcomings, Mark Trumbo will be shoehorned into right field for the second game of the series as Orioles look to keep his bat in the lineup with no DH available in Milwaukee. That will result in either Rickard or Seth Smith heading to the bench, and after Smith sat Monday, it will be Rickard's turn to hit the pine a day later. It ends a run of five consecutive starts for Rickard, who recorded five hits in 17 at-bats during that span, including his third home run of the season.

Rickard will start in left field and bat ninth Sunday against the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Rickard is making his fourth straight start and third in a row against right-handed pitcher, indicating he's surpassed Hyun Soo Kim on the depth chart as the Orioles' preferred option in left field. With three-hit performances in three of his last five starts, Rickard should continue to see regular at-bats until his bat cools down.

Rickard went 2-for-3 with a double, a homer and two RBI Friday against the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Rickard connected on his third homer of the year off Jacob Faria to tie the game at two in a game the Orioles would go on to lose. With a slash line of .266/.301/.398, he offers very little production to fantasy owners.

Rickard is not in the starting lineup Saturday against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
As usual, Hyun Soo Kim will man left field with a right-hander on the hill. Rickard will likely get a pinch hit opportunity late in the contest, but that's nothing worth buying in daily leagues.

Rickard is leading off and playing left field for the Orioles on Thursday against the White Sox, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
He'll supplant Hyun Soo Kim as the O's face left-hander David Holmberg. Rickard likely will occupy the bottom-side platoon role in left field for as long as Trey Mancini slides over to first base to cover for the sidelined Chris Davis (oblique). Rickard is best used in AL-only games, most of which probably require four or five outfielders in starting lineups.
