Rickard is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against Houston.
EDGE Analysis
Wednesday marks Rickard's first day off since the second game of Baltimore's doubleheader against Oakland on May 7. He has cooled down considerably over the past two weeks, having his average drop from .284 on May 10 to .259 entering Wednesday. Manny Machado will take over leadoff duties for Rickard on Thursday while Hyun-soo Kim will man left field.

Rickard went 2-for-4 with a walk, three runs scored and one RBI on a solo shot, his third home run of the season.
EDGE Analysis
The Rule 5 pick continues to make the Rays regret letting him go, and Rickard is now slashing a solid .286/.328/.411 on the season while primarily hitting leadoff for the Orioles and playing a respectable left field.

Rickard is out of the lineup for Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the A's.
EDGE Analysis
He went 2-for-4 with a walk, a run and a RBI in Game 1 Saturday. While Rickard typically occupies a spot near the top of the order, his .304 OBP signals that he could be on tract to give up the advantageous batting position in the coming weeks. Mark Trumbo is starting in right field in Game 2.

Rickard is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Saturday's absence marks Rickard's first of the season. He will be replaced in left field by Hyun-Soo Kim and atop the order by Manny Machado. Rickard is still batting .283 on the year even after an 0-for-4 showing Friday, yet his OBP is hovering around .300 due to a lack of walks (four in 98 plate appearances).

Rickard provided all the offense his team needed in Wednesday's game against the Rays. The outfielder went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in the 3-1 victory.
EDGE Analysis
The rookie is holding his own through the first month of the season, slashing .286/.303/.417. Hitting from the leadoff spot is typically valuable for fantasy purposes, but Rickard hasn't quite benefited from it just yet. The Orioles lineup has been surprisingly unproductive lately, scoring just five runs in their last four games. Also, the 24-year-old sports a 19:3 K:BB which never bodes well for keeping a job as a leadoff hitter. He's a nice young player to keep an eye on in dynasty formats, but other than that, Rickard doesn't hold much value.

Rickard went 3-for-5 with a steal and two runs in a win against the Jays on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
He got on base for Manny Machado to drive him home in the first and eighth innings, lifting his average to .350 in the process. The steal was the first for the year for the Rule 5 pick, who's swiped as many as 30 in a season in the minors and had 23 across three stops last year. Oh, and did we mention he's got a seven-game hitting streak going?

Rickard went 1-for-4 with a solo homer as the leadoff hitter Thursday against the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
A lineup shuffle got him moved up into prime position, and even though Rickard didn't exactly play the classic leadoff hitter, he closed out his first series in the majors having gone 5-for-11 with two extra-base hits, two RBI and to runs. The Rule 5 pick is quickly playing his way into fantasy consideration.
