Jeremy Hellickson twirled six shutout innings on Saturday as the Rays blanked the Orioles 8-0. Hellickson cruised through the Baltimore batting order, yielding just four hits. He struck out five batters and did not issue a single walk, throwing 62 of his 96 pitches for strikes. The 26-year-old right-hander will try to keep it rolling next week against the Royals.

Jeremy Hellickson wasn't sharp but picked up the win anyway Sunday, giving up three runs over five frames in an 11-3 victory over the Indians. Hellickson struck out four and didn't walk anyone, but he gave up nine hits. The right-hander has now registered just one quality start in his last eight tries. He'll get the Orioles the next time he strolls to the hill.

Jeremy Hellickson will start Sunday against the Indians. The Rays were considering moving up Matt Moore after Friday's rain delay, but Hellickson will instead pitch on short rest. He'll try to get back on track after allowing five runs on seven hits and a walk over 5 1/3 frames in his last outing.

Jeremy Hellickson struggled Tuesday but escaped with a no-decision, allowing five runs on seven hits and a walk over 5 1/3 frames in a 7-6 win over the Marlins. He struck out just three and served up his 12 homer of the season. Hellickson appeared to figure something out last week in Toronto, but after tonight's poor showing against the woeful Marlins lineup, it's back to the drawing board. He'll try to right the ship this weekend in Cleveland.

Jeremy Hellickson pitched a season-high eighth innings and allowed two runs Wednesday against the Blue Jays. Hellickson left with a one-run lead, but that was blown right away by Fernando Rodney. It was still a nice outing for Hellickson, going down as just his third quality start of the season. He allowed four hits, walked one and struck out four.

Jeremy Hellickson pitched poorly on Friday, but still earned a victory over the Orioles after allowing eight runs on 10 hits over his 7 2/3 innings. Hellickson struck out four and walked one in the game. After allowing three early runs, Hellickson was on cruise control after the Rays offense bombarded the Orioles with 12 runs through the first six innings. He ran into trouble in the eighth though, where the O's tagged him for four more runs before chasing him from the game. He's been extremely inconsistent on the season and will carry an awful 5.82 ERA into his next start where he'll take on the Blue Jays in Toronto on Wednesday.

Jeremy Hellickson was unable to hold an early 6-2 lead on Saturday, surrendering six runs on six hits over 6 2/3 innings in a no-decision against the Padres. Hellickson racked up eight strikeouts while walking just one. He was cruising along until the sixth inning, when the Padres loaded the bases and pinch-hitter Jesus Guzman launched a two-out grand slam over the wall in left to tie the score. While Hellickson is generating more strikeouts this season -- 42 through his first 48 innings -- the overall results haven't been great. He'll take a 5.25 ERA and 1.27 WHIP into his next start at Baltimore.

Jeremy Hellickson turned in his second-straight subpar outing Wednesday, surrendering four runs over five innings in the Rays' loss to the Royals. Hellickson earned a no-decision in the high-scoring affair, but it doesn't take away from the fact that he allowed nine hits and a walk. A small silver lining exists in that he did strike out five batters in his five innings. He'll face the Blue Jays next (on Monday night) and should maybe be benched in fantasy leagues.

Jeremy Hellickson felt to 1-2 after allowing five runs in six innings against the White Sox on Thursday. Hellickson still isn't allowing many hits -- just 24 in 31 1/3 innings -- but five of them have been homers. Blame part of it on a tough early schedule; he's already had starts in Boston and Arlington. His best outing actually came against an Oakland team leading the majors in runs scored. He should get better.

Jeremy Hellickson fired seven innings of shutout ball in the Rays' 1-0 defeat of the A's on Saturday. It was a dominant performance from the 26-year-old right-hander, who surrendered only three hits and a walk while striking out six. Hellickson boasts a 3.55 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 18/6 K/BB ratio in 25 1/3 innings this season. He's getting better with every outing and should keep rolling next week against the White Sox.
