Pirates optioned OF Gorkys Hernandez to Triple-A Indianapolis. A speedy, defensive-first outfielder, Hernandez returns to .266/.343/.355 line with two homers and seven steals at Indy. Acquired from the Braves in the 2009 Nate McLouth trade, Hernandez will be back in Pittsburgh later this season.
