Stanton was placed on the 10-day injured list with a left biceps strain Monday.
EDGE Analysis
It's not clear when Stanton suffered the injury, nor is it clear how long he's expected to be out. He'd managed just two hits through his first three games but had only received eight at-bats, as he walked seven times. Clint Frazier will take his place on the roster.

Stanton is hitting .333 with a home run, two RBI and three walks over his last 15 spring training at-bats.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton went hitless in his first four at-bats of the spring, but he's found his groove since March 1, launching a mammoth home run for his first long ball Friday. He's now sporting an excellent .417 on-base percentage in Grapefruit League play. For Stanton, the objective will be parlaying that into a stronger start to the regular season than he had last year, when he limped out of the gate to the tune of a .230/.313/.425 slash line in March and April.

Stanton is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton was originally set to bat cleanup as designated hitter as usual, but the Yankees made a late change to replace him with Miguel Andujar. Thankfully it's not an injury situation, as the team would just like to get Stanton a full day off since he has played in 158 games this season. The 28-year-old will close the regular season with a .266/.343/.509 slash line with 38 home runs, 100 RBI and 211 strikeouts in 617 at-bats.

Stanton went 2-for-3 with two home runs, two RBI, two walks and three runs in Thursday's 12-1 victory over the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton added some insurance runs for the Yankees with solo shots in the sixth and ninth innings, his 36th and 37th home runs of the season. Although he hasn't produced anywhere near his MVP numbers from 2017, Stanton has still slugged his way to a .262/.341/.502 slash line with 33 doubles, 97 RBI and 101 runs this year as the 2018 regular season comes to a close.

Stanton is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Orioles, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton will head to the bench after starting the last 15 games and slashing .155/.254/.310 with 24 strikeouts in 67 plate appearances. The 28-year-old did hit a grand slam against the Red Sox on Thursday, which hopefully helps him break out of the September slump.

Stanton is not in the lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Tigers.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton has been a mainstay in the Yankees lineup as the team has dealt with numerous injuries, starting 84 consecutive games going back to late May. New acquisition Andrew McCutchen grabs the start in right field while Gary Sanchez -- fresh off the disabled list -- will serve as designated hitter. The 28-year-old slugger and his 33 home runs should return to the lineup when the Yankees travel to Oakland on Monday.

EDGE Analysis
Stanton recorded his 300th career home run in the third inning as he put the Yankees ahead early. Prior to Thursday's matchup, he'd gone 10 games (38 at-bats) without a homer. Stanton is slashing .277/.351/.525 with an .876 OPS through 133 games this season.

Stanton is hitting second and starting in right field Tuesday in Miami, Erik Boland of Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
This was fully expected, as the Yankees said Stanton, who had been dealing hamstring tightness, would be able to play the field in this interleague series, but now we have confirmation. Stanton is hitting .324/.407/.743 with eight home runs in 74 at-bats this month. The Yankees have another game in Miami on Wednesday, followed by an off day before heading to Baltimore for this weekend's series.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone said he's "confident" that Stanton will be available to start in the outfield during the club's two-game set in Miami that begins Tuesday, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic New York reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton has been dealing with hamstring tightness for a little over a week, resulting in the Yankees deploying him exclusively at designated hitter for the club's past 11 games. It sounds like the injury is still affecting Stanton on some level, but the Yankees seem optimistic that he'll be able to play the field without major limitations during the interleague matchup.
