Stanton went 2-for-3 with a solo home run Monday in a Grapefruit League loss to the Pirates.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton opened the scoring with a 424-foot cannon to left-center field in the second inning. The veteran slugger didn't make his spring debut until March 3, as the Yankees decided to ease him into action. Stanton has gone 2-for-8 with three strikeouts so far during the exhibition slate. He's probably going to spend most of his time at DH this year, but by playing 20 games in the outfield in 2025, he's eligible at that position in most fantasy leagues.

Stanton will make his spring debut Tuesday, batting fourth at designated hitter against Panama, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran designated hitter has been eased into camp, and it was reported back on Feb. 22 that Stanton would likely make his spring debut right before or after the Yankees' off day Monday. He will once again be managing tennis elbow in both elbows and is expected to receive a lot of rest days during the season.

Stanton is expected to receive "a lot of rest days during the season" as the Yankees attempt to keep him healthy and productive, Randy Miller of NJ.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton made it clear Wednesday that another full offseason of rest didn't heal his tennis elbow that has plagued both arms since 2024. "I can't open a bag of chips... a bag of anything," Stanton said. The slugger missed the Yankees' first 70 games last year while rehabbing his elbows but still reached 24 homers during the regular season, marking his 14th MLB campaign clearing 20 long balls. Despite the lingering issues, Stanton is intent on playing a full season in 2026. He is set to make his spring debut March 3.

Stanton isn't expected to play in any Grapefruit League games until "right before or after the Yankees' off day on March 2," Gary Phillips of the New York Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton reportedly won't have any restrictions this spring, per Brendan Kuty of The Athletic, but New York is nonetheless keeping him out of the lineup for the first week or so of the exhibition slate. The veteran slugger played in only 77 regular-season games last year but performed well when healthy, posting a .944 OPS with 24 home runs and 66 RBI over 280 plate appearances. Stanton could be a value pick in fantasy if he can stay healthy -- especially since he has regained OF eligibility in most formats, having played 20 games between right and left field last year -- as his ADP currently sits north of 200.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Wednesday that Stanton (elbows) has had a great offseason and will not have any restrictions at the start of spring training, Brendan Kuty of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton's 2025 season debut was delayed until mid-June by tennis elbow in both arms. Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reported last week that the injuries haven't healed and Stanton will need to be monitored closely again in 2026. However, at least at the beginning of camp, Stanton appears to be good to go. The 36-year-old was superb when on the field last season, slashing .273/.350/.594 with 24 home runs across 77 regular-season contests.

Stanton's tennis elbow in both arms has not healed and will be managed again during the upcoming season, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton didn't make his season debut until mid-June last year because of the elbow issues, but he was very good when on the field, slashing .273/.350/.594 with 24 home runs across 77 regular-season contests. He does not seem to be in any danger of a late start to the season again, but the Yankees will keep close tabs on Stanton in camp and during the regular season. The 36-year-old will be the Yanks' primary designated hitter again in 2026.

Stanton went 2-for-4 with two homers and five RBI in Friday's 8-4 win against Baltimore.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran slugger notched his ninth career performance with five or more RBI, achieving the feat for the second time this season. Stanton also posted his second multi-homer contest of the season, with a two-run long ball in first before returning in the third to hit a three-run blast, both coming off Orioles starter Trevor Rogers. The 35-year-old remains a force to be reckoned with when in the lineup, as he's now slashing .267/.342/.584 with 23 homers, 64 RBI and 35 runs scored in 273 plate appearances.

Stanton isn't starting against Baltimore on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton will get at least a partial day of rest after clubbing his 450th career homer in a win Saturday. Aaron Judge is getting a day off his feet as the Yankees' DH on Sunday, while Cody Bellinger is shifting from left field over to right.

Stanton went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run and a walk in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton opened the scoring with a three-run blast off Tomoyuki Sugano in the first inning. While the 35-year-old has gone just 10-for-55 with 28 strikeouts in September, he has still managed four homers and 10 RBI. For the season, he's slashing .268/.341/.575 with 21 home runs, 56 RBI and 33 runs scored across 256 plate appearances.

Stanton is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Twins.
EDGE Analysis
Stanton will rest up Wednesday after he went 3-for-12 with two RBI and a run while starting each of the last three days. With Stanton on the bench, Aaron Judge will get a day off from playing the outfield but will stick in the lineup at designated hitter.
