EDGE Analysis
The right-hander produced his ninth quality start of the season, and fourth in his last five trips to the mound, on 91 pitches (54 strikes). Fedde's control wasn't as sharp as usual -- he walked multiple batters for the first time since May 31 -- but Cleveland wasn't able to take advantage. Since the beginning of June. Fedde (5-3) took the loss against the Dodgers on Wednesday, allowing four runs on five hits and one walk over six innings while striking out five.
EDGE Analysis
Fedde got off to a rough start, surrendering a leadoff home run to Shohei Ohtani to open the game before getting tagged for another three runs in the third. The right-handed veteran would allow just one more hit over his final three frames, but the damage had already been done as the White Sox's offense failed to provide any run support. Fedde has now gone at least six innings in four consecutive starts and hasn't walked more than one batter in any of his six outings this month. He currently holds a 25:3 K:BB in June to go along with a 3.48 ERA.

However, the right-hander was able to limit the damage to just two runs, one of which came across in the opening frame. He threw only 12 first-pitch strikes (out of 26 first pitches) but still managed to hang on for his first win since May 14 against the Nationals. Fedde has now logged a quality start in back-to-back outings and in three of his last five starts overall. He also carries an impressive 17:1 K:BB through three June starts.

Fedde allowed one run on five hits and one walk while striking out four batters over seven innings in a no-decision against Seattle on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Fedde was brilliant through seven scoreless frames before Dominic Canzone tagged him for a solo homer leading off the eighth. That spelled the end of Fedde's outing, but he departed in line for the victory with a 4-1 lead. However, Michael Kopech entered and gave up three runs, wiping out the advantage and forcing Fedde to settle for a no-decision. Despite the late letdown, this was nice bounce-back for the right-hander after he gave up seven earned runs across 10 innings over his previous two starts. He's in the midst of a career-best campaign with a 3.10 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 77:23 K:BB through 81.1 frames.
