Kluber (8-2) got the win Wednesday, pitching six shutout innings with 10 strikeouts, no walks and three hits allowed against the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Kluber likely could've gone another inning as his pitch count sat at 90 through six frames, but with Cleveland already ahead by nine runs there was no need to push him any further. The 32-year-old finishes May with an absurd 41:1 K:BB over 39.1 innings in the month, and hasn't allowed an earned run in three of his last four starts. He's now sporting a minuscule 2.02 ERA and 0.84 WHIP, and next lines up to take on the Brewers on Tuesday.

Kluber didn't factor into the decision against the Astros, scattering seven hits over 6.1 shut-out innings, striking out seven and walking none before the Indians eventually lost 11-2 to Houston on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Kluber was his customarily dominant self in this contest, but the Indians ended up getting blown out as his bullpen was torched for all 11 earned runs after he exited the contest. It was unfortunate to see such a strong outing wasted, but Kluber remains one of the most dominant pitchers in the game, as he's got a stellar 2.17 ERA and a microscopic 0.86 WHIP, to go along with an elite 78:10 K:BB through 78.2 innings this season.

Kluber (7-2) picked up the win Saturday against the Astros, allowing two earned runs while striking out 10 batters and issuing zero walks.
EDGE Analysis
This was a vintage Kluber outing, using pinpoint control to strike out tough Astros batters while avoiding surrendering any free passes. What's particularly encouraging is that the strikeout volume was back. Kluber had struck out six batters just once in his previous six outings entering Saturday. His dominant outing against the Astros gives him 71 K's through 72.1 innings on the year. He's lined up to face the Astros again in his next start on May 26.

Kluber (6-2) allowed two runs (zero earned) on eight hits while walking none and striking out four across seven innings to earn the win Sunday against the Royals.
EDGE Analysis
Kluber pitched well overall, needing only 97 pitches to complete his seven innings of work. It was also the first time in his past five starts in which he didn't allow a home run. However, he generated just over a 10 percent swinging strike rate and it was his second consecutive start striking out only four batters. His velocity hasn't fallen noticeably from earlier in the season but he has an 8.4 K/9 through 65.1 innings, a relatively low mark for his career norms.

Kluber (5-2) allowed three runs on five hits and one walk across six innings while taking the loss Tuesday against the Brewers. He struck out four.
EDGE Analysis
Kluber's only real mistakes cost him in this one, including a two-run home run from Travis Shaw in the first inning and a solo shot from opposing pitcher Brent Suter in the third. Unfortunately, despite his eighth straight quality start to begin the season, Kluber lost for the first time since opening day due to a lack of runs support. He hasn't been quite as dominant of late, allowing exactly three earned runs in four straight outings and striking out more than six batters just once in that span. Still, he'll take a tidy 2.62 ERA into his next scheduled start Monday against Detroit.

Kluber (5-1) picked up the win Wednesday against the Rangers, allowing three runs on six hits through seven innings while striking out six.
EDGE Analysis
It was another typical day in the office for Kluber, who cruised to his fifth straight win thanks to another quality effort. The 32-year-old has now registered seven quality starts in as many appearances this season, which is reflected in his tidy 2.41 ERA and 0.78 WHIP. All three runs scored against Kluber came via solo homers, and he's now allowed six long balls over his previous three starts, but his continued success during that stretch (3-0 with a 3.57 ERA and 0.84 WHIP) suggests there is little cause for concern. He'll look to extend his winning streak when he takes on the Brewers on Tuesday.

Kluber (4-1) struck out 10 and walked three across 8.2 innings Friday in a win over the Mariners, giving up three runs on four hits.
EDGE Analysis
Kluber has thrown at least six innings while giving up three runs or fewer in all six starts. He was one out away from a complete game Friday, but was taken out at 116 pitches after giving up a single to Kyle Seager. This was the second time this season that Kluber has reached double-digit strikeouts, and now has 47 strikeouts in 45.1 innings. The next start for the right-hander will be a matchup at home against the Rangers.

Kluber (3-1) gave up three runs on six hits over seven innings in Sunday's 7-3 victory over the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
Manny Machado was responsible for two of the three runs that Kluber allowed Sunday, as Machado launched two solo home runs off Cleveland's ace. Kluber's four strikeouts were a season-low, but the Indians offense gave him plenty of support and helped him record his third consecutive victory. After making five starts, Kluber now owns an elite 1.96 ERA and 0.76 WHIP. His next start figures to be Friday when the Indians host the Mariners.

Kluber got the win over the Twins on Tuesday, striking out six and walking two while giving up one run on five hits in 6.2 innings.
EDGE Analysis
This was Kluber's shortest outing in four starts this year, yet it was still a solid performance. The lone run he allowed was an RBI double in the seventh by Brian Dozier, who was the last batter Kluber saw for the night as Andrew Miller then came in to relieve. In four starts, Kluber has put up typical Kluber numbers, allowing just 16 hits in 29.2 innings while sporting a 33:6 K:BB ratio. The ace right-hander will next take on the Orioles in Baltimore.

Kluber's scheduled start Sunday has been postponed. He will start Tuesday in Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
The weather in Cleveland has not cooperated, as Kluber was supposed to start Saturday, and has been unable to take the mound in back-to-back days. Cleveland's off day Monday will mean that Kluber goes seven days between starts. He opposes Lance Lynn in that outing.
