Carrasco did not factor into the decision in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the White Sox, allowing three runs on four hits and one walk with seven strikeouts over six innings.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco allowed a solo home run in the first inning and a two-run home run in the sixth but threw four scoreless frames in between. He registered an impressive 10 swinging strikes on 70 pitches and has logged quality starts in two of his past three outings. He still owns an uninspiring 5.21 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 61:24 K:BB through 76 innings and lines up for a home matchup against the Giants this weekend.

Carrasco allowed two runs on six hits and two walks while striking out three batters over five innings in a no-decision against Baltimore on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco was decent in the outing, throwing 63 of 91 pitches for strikes and yielding a modest two runs. He recorded only four swinging strikes and three punchouts, however, and departed after just five frames. Carrasco has exceeded five innings just once over his past six starts, and he has just one victory over that span. The veteran hurler hasn't been much of a fantasy asset with a 5.27 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 54:23 K:BB over 70 innings on the season.

Carrasco (3-6) allowed a run on four hits over six innings Friday, striking out seven and earning a win over the Blue Jays.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco kept Toronto off the board until he coughed up a solo homer to Vladimir Guerrero in the fourth inning. Carrasco entered Friday's game in a rough stretch, going 0-4 with a 5.96 ERA over his previous five starts since his last win May 5. The veteran righty lowered his season ERA to 5.40 with a 51:21 K:BB after punching out a season-high seven batters Friday. With Gavin Williams (elbow) expected to return soon, Carrasco's role moving forward is unclear.

Carrasco (2-6) took the loss Saturday as the Guardians fell 5-0 to the Blue Jays, coughing up five runs on six hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out two.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran righty didn't give up a lot of hard contact, as the only extra-base hit off him was a second-inning double by Daulton Varsho, but Carrasco still got tagged for at least five runs for the fourth time in his last eight starts. With Gavin Williams (elbow) likely to be back before the end of the month, Carrasco's time in the rotation could be growing short, but he'll get at least one more turn. He'll take a 5.80 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 44:21 K:BB through 59 innings into his next outing, which lines up for a rematch with the Jays next weekend back in Cleveland.

Carrasco didn't factor into the decision Sunday against Miami, allowing two runs on four hits and no walks over 4.2 innings. He struck out three.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco didn't allow a baserunner in the first three innings but was hit hard by the Miami lineup the second time through. He surrendered three extra-base hits during his final 1.2 innings, yielding a solo homer to Jazz Chisholm, a double to Bryan De La Cruz and a ground-rule double to Xavier Edwards. Carrasco's shortened outing wasn't related to the neck injury that put him on the IL in May, as he threw 71 pitches in his return June 2. The veteran righty will likely be the odd man out of the rotation once Gavin Williams (elbow) is activated from the 60-day IL in a few weeks, but Carrasco is still projected to face the Blue Jays next Sunday.

Carrasco (2-5) came away with the loss Sunday against Washington, allowing five earned runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out five over four innings.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco (neck) made his first start since May 15 after a minimum-length stint on the 15-day injured list due to neck spasms. Carrasco's struggles continued Sunday, losing his third straight outing and allowing five or more earned runs for the third time in his last six starts. The 37-year-old veteran has eaten up innings for Cleveland this season but has not delivered for fantasy managers, posting a 5.66 ERA and 1.50 WHIP across 49.1 frames. He will look to turn things around in his next start, tentatively scheduled for this weekend in Miami.

The Guardians reinstated Carrasco (neck) from the 15-day injured list ahead of his scheduled start Sunday against the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
Cleveland made room for Carrasco on the 26-man active roster by placing right-handed reliever Eli Morgan (elbow) on the 15-day injured list. Carrasco ended up spending the minimum amount of time on the shelf due to acute neck spasms, which he experienced coming out of his most recent start May 15. Though he's not expected to face any major workload restrictions as he steps back into the Cleveland rotation Sunday, Carrasco is tough to trust for fantasy purposes after he delivered a 5.16 ERA and 1.46 WHIP over his first nine starts of the season.

Carrasco (neck) is expected to be reinstated from the 15-day injured list to start Sunday's game against the Nationals at Progressive Field, SI.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
He'll be taking back his rotation spot from right-hander Xzavion Curry, who was optioned to Triple-A Columbus earlier in the weekend. After being deactivated May 21 due to acute neck spasms, Carrasco will end up spending the minimum amount of time on the IL, and even though he didn't require a minor-league rehab assignment while he was on the shelf, he's not expected to face any major restrictions with his pitch count Sunday. That being said, the 37-year-old right-hander hasn't been a roster-worthy fantasy option in the majority of leagues this season, going 2-4 with a 5.16 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 34:18 K:BB in 45.1 innings over his nine starts.

Manager Stephen Vogt said that Carrasco (neck) completed an "up-down" bullpen session Sunday and is "feeling a lot better," MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco is already back on the mound after he was placed on the 15-day injured list five days earlier with an acute neck spasm. Assuming his neck doesn't provide any further complications in his subsequent throwing sessions, Carrasco could make his return from the IL around when he's first eligible to return in early June.

The Guardians placed Carrasco on the 15-day injured list Tuesday due to acute neck spasms, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran right-hander was scheduled to start Tuesday against the Mets but will now be sidelined for at least the next couple weeks. Carrasco had been pitching well of late with a 3.00 ERA and 1.11 WHIP in his past three starts, and it's unclear how long he's expected to be unavailable. Xzavion Curry is being called up from Triple-A Columbus to start Tuesday.
