Carrasco (4-0) picked up the win against the Orioles on Monday, scattering six hits and one earned run over 7.1 innings, striking out seven and walking two in Cleveland's 2-1 victory.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco has been dominant since a dud first start of the season and this outing was no exception as the 31-year-old got the better of a solid duel with Kevin Gausman, lowering his ERA to 2.31 and his WHIP to 0.86 in the process. Those are elite ratios in any fantasy format and his 28:6 K:BB just adds to what has been a dynamite start to the season. He'll have to contend with some talented hitters in his next start against Seattle on Saturday, but that shouldn't stop you from rolling him out there.

Carrasco (3-0) pitched seven shutout innings Wednesday, striking out seven while giving up three hits and a walk in the loss to the Twins. He did not factor into the decision.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco was brilliant in this one, displaying terrific command with 70 of his 98 pitches going for strikes, and getting ahead on the first pitch against 20 of the 25 batters he faced. After a mediocre first start, the 31-year-old has now gone at least six and allowed no more than two runs in each of his last three starts, compiling an impressive 17:3 K:BB in the process. He'll look to stay sharp next time out Monday against the Orioles.

Carrasco's start Wednesday against the Twins in San Juan, Puerto Rico will happen as planned despite the general power outage on the island, Marly Rivera of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Puerto Rico is suffering from an island-wide power outage, but Hiram Bithorn Stadium is equipped with generators which can run for 48 hours. "We are fully prepared," says Puerto Rico Series Director of Operations John Blakeman, so expect Carrasco to be unaffected by the issue unless further reports come out that indicate otherwise.

Carrasco will start Wednesday's game against the Twins in Puerto Rico, Nick Camino of Newsradio WTAM 1100 reports.
EDGE Analysis
The start will come a full week after Carrasco's previous outing since postponements of games Saturday and Sunday against the Blue Jays coupled with Monday's team off day forced the Indians to push back all members of their rotation in the pitching schedule. The extra rest was probably beneficial for Carrasco, who needed 110 pitches to earn a complete-game win over the Tigers his last time out April 11. Carrasco will have a tougher path to victory Wednesday while going head-to-head against emerging ace Jose Berrios and facing a Twins offense that ranks ninth in the MLB with a 109 wRC+ on the season.

Carrasco (3-0) earned a complete game victory Wednesday against Detroit as he allowed just one run on three hits and two walks with six strikeouts.
EDGE Analysis
Despite the fact that he already has three wins this season, this was Carrasco's first time lasting beyond the sixth inning. He used 110 pitches (76 strikes, 15 swinging) and faced just four at-bats with runners in scoring position, all hitless. The only run came on Leonys Martin's sixth-inning home run. Carrasco owns a 3.48 ERA with a clean 14:3 K:BB.

Carrasco (2-0) picked up the win over the Royals on Friday, allowing two runs on five hits and a walk over six innings while striking out four.
EDGE Analysis
Both runs scored on Carrasco -- in fact, all the offense in the game -- came in the first inning, but he settled into a groove after that with an assist from the chilly conditions at Progressive Field. The right-hander threw 64 of 92 pitches for strikes while generating 14 swinging strikes, and his one free pass was of the intentional variety. Carrasco now has an 8:1 K:BB through his first 11.2 innings, and he gets a plus matchup in his next start Wednesday at home against the Tigers.

Carrasco completed 5.2 innings and earned a win Saturday against the Mariners, allowing five earned runs on seven hits and no walks while striking out four.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco didn't have his best stuff Saturday as he allowed two home runs and generated just nine swinging strikes. He did earn the win thanks to plenty of run support, giving some consolation for the rest of his line. While not an ideal start to the season, there is no reason to panic over the start as Carrasco had seven outings in 2017 in which he allowed five or more earned runs yet still finished the season with a 3.29 ERA.

Manager Terry Francona said Thursday that Carrasco (foot) is fine, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports. "He was fine last night," the manager said.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco suffered a left foot contusion after being hit by a comebacker during Wednesday's Cactus League contest. Fortunately, the issue doesn't appear to be anything overly serious, and he should be able to remain on schedule, likely lining him up to start the team's second game of the season.

Carrasco was diagnosed with a left foot contusion, Ryan Lewis of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
EDGE Analysis
Carrasco suffered the injury after being hit by a comebacker during Wednesday's spring game. He was able to walk off under his own power. Early signs are that the right-hander avoided something potentially serious, though more should be known after he's further evaluated Thursday.

Carrasco exited Wednesday's spring game with a trainer after taking a comebacker off his leg, Ryan Lewis of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
EDGE Analysis
The severity of the issue remains unclear, though Carrasco was able to walk off the field under his own power. More should be known following the conclusion of Wednesday's contest. Carrasco, who allowed six runs on nine hits and one walk across 4.2 innings prior to exiting, was replaced by Ben Taylor.
