Blue Jays recalled LHP Brett Cecil from Triple-A Las Vegas. Cecil will return to the Toronto starting rotation on Thursday evening against the Pirates. He was demoted to the Triple-A level in late April after displaying a lack of velocity and effectiveness out of the gate. The 24-year-old left-hander still is not a reliable fantasy option.
