Jose Valverde looks like a worthwhile add in standard fantasy leagues.

He said, 'I can throw, but how about an extra day?'" The Mets aim for Parnell to make his spring debut on March 10, which should give him plenty of time to get ready for the regular season assuming no setbacks.
