Andre Ethier will serve as the designated hitter for Monday's game against the Twins. Marcus Thames, who injured his calf Friday, should see most of the at-bats from the DH spot this week, but look for Matt Kemp to also get one game. With Ethier as the DH Monday, Trent Oeltjen will play right field.

Andre Ethier went 1-for-5 with a home run in Los Angeles' win against the Tigers on Tuesday. It was Ethier's second homer of June after he hit a pair of homers in May. He's now hitting .312/.389/.459 on the season with seven home runs and 36 RBI.
