The results of the MRI on Judge's knee are still unknown, but he has been placed on the DL at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, the New York Daily News' Mark Feinsand reports.
EDGE Analysis
He was removed early from Friday's game and Judge apparently felt a pop in his left knee, so it's fair to expect the injury to be somewhat serious. Look for his status to be updated as soon as the Yankees release the results of his MRI.

Judge was removed early from Friday's game after coming up limping on a ground out, the Westchester Journal News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre manager Al Pedrique reported that Judge felt a pop in his left knee, which makes the issue sound fairly serious, but the prospect apparently reported that he was fine. He's due to undergo further evaluations Saturday, so there should be more clarity on his situation once those results come in.

Judge, 24, is batting .353 with five home runs and nine RBI over his last 10 games for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
EDGE Analysis
Judge has now bashed 13 home runs in 69 games in 2016, and is making a push to join the big leagues shortly. Should the Yankees decide to sell off parts before the trade deadline, particularly Carlos Beltran, Judge would be the chief beneficiary.

Judge, 24, is batting .284/.336/.500 with five home runs and 17 RBI through 25 games for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
EDGE Analysis
Judge has homered in consecutive games, and three of the last five contests. Though he has fanned 30 times in 25 games, his average remains steady. He is one trade or injury away from seeing the bigs.

Judge, 23, is hitting .265/.368/.338 with one home run and seven RBI through 18 games for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Judge has been aggressively pushed through the Yankees organization, though he has handled himself well at every stop. While his power remains raw and he has battled strikeout issues, Judge has maintained a high walk total, as well as a solid batting average throughout. A September premiere is certainly not outside the realm of possibilities, particularly if Carlos Beltran cannot come back from injury.

Judge is being promoted to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, MLB.com reports. The 32nd overall pick in the 2013 Draft, the 23-year-old Judge leaves Double-A Trenton as the owner of a .284/.350/.516 slash line, with 12 home runs, a 25 percent strikeout rate and 8.6 percent walk rate through 280 plate appearances. At 6-7, 255 pounds, he shouldn't have much trouble hitting for power at the next level, but he may struggle to maintain a strong batting average and on-base percentage. Judge is arguably the top hitting prospect in the Yankees' system.

Judge, 23, is hitting .279/.347/.475 with eight homers in 54 games with Double-A Trenton. Judge has cooled off a bit after a hot start, and has now struck out 63 times in just 54 games. Still, the 23-year-old is putting up mostly solid numbers in his first year above the High-A level.

Judge, 23, is batting .301/.359/.490 with six home runs and 23 RBI through 37 games for Double-A Trenton. Judge has been on a bit of a cold streak lately, hitting just .231 over his last 10 games. Still, he has driven in nine runs over that span, so he has remained productive.

Judge, 23, is hitting .327/.364/.536 with five home runs and 14 RBI through 26 games for Double-A Trenton. It's difficult to argue with a .327 batting average and the power numbers, but Judge's peripheral stats are a tad disconcerting. He has drawn just six walks in 110 at-bats, while fanning 28 times in 26 games. By contrast, he walked 89 times in 467 at-bats in 2014. Still, he hasn't hit under .283 at any level since entering the minors, so take the criticism with a grain of salt.

Judge is hitting .307 with three home runs through his first 75 at-bats this season for Double-A Trenton. Judge is hitting for average and a good ISO of .186 but his calling card to date has been plate patience. A strikeout rate of 29% and just four walks show he hasn't fully adjusted to this level, but it's good to see the results so far despite the erosion of his secondary numbers.
