Judge went 2-for-3 with his fifth homer, a walk and two runs against the White Sox on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
He's striking out about as much as advertised, but Judge is also drawing walks at a strong pace in the early going, and the big outfielder's power is real. Accept the batting-average risk and enjoy what could very well be a 30-homer rookie season.

Judge went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run during Monday's win over the White Sox.
EDGE Analysis
Judge is locked in at the dish and sports an active 9-for-25 stretch with eight runs, four home runs and 10 RBI through his past seven games. However, he's also struck out eight times during that run, which is of slight concern after he fanned in 44.2 percent of his plate appearances last year. Still, he has huge power upside and should continue to see close to full-time at-bats going forward.

Judge is in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
The slugger was given the day off Saturday after going hitless in his previous seven at-bats. He'll get back into the order for the series finale and bat seventh as the Yankees' right fielder. He'll face Adam Wainwright, who is 0-2 with a 7.00 ERA through two starts this season.

Judge is not in the Yankees' starting lineup for Saturday's matinee against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Judge has gone 0-for-7 with four strikeouts over the past two games, prompting manager Joe Girardi to give him a day off. The rookie had found his stroke before the recent power outage, mashing three home runs and racking up seven RBI over the past week. Aaron Hicks will fill the void in right field.

Judge went 2-for-3 with two runs, a home run and three RBI during Wednesday's 8-4 win over Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
Judge has now hit a bomb in three straight games and is quickly establishing that his prestigious minor league power can translate to the majors. While he's an obvious add candidate in all formats, expect peaks and valleys going forward, and don't forget that the 24-year-old outfielder had a 44.2 strikeout percentage through 95 plate appearances last year. Playing time shouldn't be an immediate concern with the Yankees already dealing with a couple injuries, though. Judge has the potential to be a difference maker for your virtual club.

Judge went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 8-1 win over the Rays.
EDGE Analysis
Judge pounded a pitch to left field in the fourth inning and added an infield single in the eighth, giving him his second homer and second multi-hit game in as many days. The young slugger got off to a slow start to his first full season in the big leagues but appears to be heating up after these back-to-back performances.

Judge went 2-for-4 with his first home run of the year in Sunday's win over the Orioles.
EDGE Analysis
The long ball was a big one, as it tied the score at 3-3 in the eighth inning to pave the way for the Yankees to take the lead for good in the ninth frame. Though the other hit was just a single, it was an absolute laser off the wall in left field. His slash line of .211/.286/.421 still leaves much to be desired, but Judge showed some signs Sunday of breaking out of the his early slump and was also able to avoid striking out for the first time in five games.

Judge is not in the Yankees' starting lineup for Saturday's game against Baltimore.
EDGE Analysis
Aaron Hicks will fill the void in right field. Judge has left something to be desired at the plate this season, batting 2-for-15 through his first four games. The rookie hit .333 with three home runs in spring training, so he'll look to find his stroke upon his eventual return to the lineup.

Judge was named the Yankees' starting right fielder for Opening Day on Thursday, Brendan Kuty of The Star-Ledger reports.
EDGE Analysis
Aaron Hicks was threatening a bit, but the Bronx Bombers instead want to see what the free-swinging slugger can offer in an everyday role out of the gate. With Judge's potentially titanic power comes a lot of holes in his swing, but he's made efforts to tighten them up with shorter mechanics in camp. He still carries upside as a potential masher of 30-plus home runs per season, but even at his peak, they may come with plenty of warts.

Manager Joe Girardi says Aaron Judge may still begin the season at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It would be a surprising move if the Yankees decide to make it. Judge has put together a solid performance this spring, slashing .327/.393/.564 over 22 games with three home runs and five RBI. Nonetheless, Girardi wants to make sure the young slugger is getting plenty of opportunities when the season begins. "[Judge] needs to play, that's the bottom line," he said. Aaron Hicks would be in line to play right field if Judge does indeed get sent down.
