Tedenby signed a contract with HV71 of the Swedish Elite League on Thursday, Linus Hugosson of Pro Hockey Magazine reports. Tedenby originally reached an agreement with KHL club Lev Praha earlier in the offseason, but the deal was voided after the team folded. The winger still decided he wanted to pursue an opportunity overseas, after he appeared in just 15 games with the Devils in 2013-14.
