Zach Praise is sick and did not practice Friday. The Wild didn't provide any update on Parise's status for Saturday's game against the Nashville Predators, so we'll just have to wait until tomorrow to see if he feels better. Owners in daily leagues will want to check back after Saturday's morning skate for official word.

Zach Parise will have to get used to more travel as a member of the Minnesota Wild this season. Parise played with New Jersey last season and if he was still on the Devils, he would only have to travel around 11,000 miles, rather than the 31,345 miles the Wild will spend in the air. It could make a big difference, especially with the compressed schedule. "This will be a big adjustment for me," Parise said.
