Zach Parise scored the only goal in a 1-0 win for Minnesota over the Stars on Sunday evening. Parise's first period marker held up as the only goal of the contest as the Wild stand at 2-0-0 early in this shortened season. Dany Heatley and Pierre-Marc Bouchard drew assists on Parise's goal.
