Rask is pointless in his last 10 games while averaging 12:05 of ice time in that span.
EDGE Analysis
The Wild were hoping for bigger things from Rask, after they acquired him from Carolina on Jan. 19. In 20 games for Minnesota, the 26-year-old has just two points and is a minus-3. With just three games left in the regular season, Rask shouldn't be anywhere near fantasy lineups for the rest of 2019.

Rask was registered just two PIM in his return to the lineup versus San Jose on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Rask logged 14:40 of ice time, including 2:04 with the man advantage, in his first night back from a 12-game stint on injured reserve. After being acquired via trade, the center appeared in just 11 contests for the Wild before getting hurt and could take some time to gel with his new linemates.

Rask (undisclosed) has been activated off injured reserve, per the NHL media site.
EDGE Analysis
Rask's activation was the final step in clearing him to return to the lineup versus San Jose on Monday. The Swede figures to slot into a top-six role and should get back to at or above his season average ice time (12:11). The 25-year-old has played in just 10 games for Minnesota this season after coming in via trade in January.

Coach Bruce Boudreau said Rask (undisclosed) is "ready to play" in Monday's game versus the Sharks, Sarah McLellan of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rask remains on injured reserve, so he'll need to be activated before he can suit up. According to McLellan, the 26-year-old worked on the second line with Zach Parise and Kevin Fiala during Sunday's practice. Since Luke Kunin (upper body) won't be able to play Monday, Rask could stay in the top six at game time.

Rask (undisclosed) is expected to return sometime next week, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Wild have three games scheduled for next week, starting with Monday's home game against the Sharks. Rask presumably will be reevaluated ahead of that contest, but know that Matt Read has been called up from AHL Iowa as extra depth in case Rask doesn't return so soon.

Rask (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Sarah McLellan of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rask has already missed two games due to his undisclosed injury and won't be in action versus the Ducks on Tuesday either. The club likely used a retroactive designation, which would allow the Swede to be activated at any time. In the meantime, the Wild seem content to utilize defenseman Brad Hunt as a winger on the fourth line.

Rask (undisclosed) has yet to resume skating since getting hurt Feb. 12 versus the Flyers, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rask is reportedly improving and did go see the doctor Monday, but the fact that he has been unable to skate doesn't bode well for him being ready to play against the Ducks on Tuesday. In the meantime, the potential return of Pontus Aberg (lower body) should allow the Wild to utilize 12 forwards until Rask is cleared to play, instead of slotting defenseman Brad Hunt into the fourth line.

Rask (undisclosed) won't suit up for Sunday's game versus St. Louis, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rask will sit out for his second straight game. He was still looking to ignite his offense his new squad, as Rask has just two points in 10 games with the Wild. Kyle Rau will continue working on the fourth line in his place.

Rask has been labeled day-to-day with a lower-body injury and won't play Friday against the Devils, Sarah McLellan of the Sarah McLellan of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rask had seen limited ice time in the two games prior to his exit, seeing fewer than eight minutes of ice time in each. Still, his absence Friday degrades the Wild's depth up front should result in Kyle Rau drawing in.

Rask left Tuesday's loss to the Flyers with an undisclosed injury and didn't return, Sarah McLellan of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
The injuries keep pouring down on the Wild, as both Rask and Matt Hendricks left in the second period and couldn't make it back. Coach Bruce Boudreau said they'll be evaluated Wednesday. If either of the two have to miss games, expect the team to recall a player from AHL Iowa.
