Rask made 20 saves in a 5-3 loss to the Lightning on Saturday. He allowed four goals.
EDGE Analysis
He sharpened his focus as the game went on, but the first period was a challenge. Rask allowed not one, but two shorthanded goals on the same penalty in a 1:02 span. He's 2-3 in his last five games and they've been a study in contrasts. He allowed one goal in the two wins, but 14 in the three losses. It's good for Rask to get this out of his system now, rather than at the start of April.

Rask will guard the home goal during Saturday's game against the Lightning, Kevin Paul Dupont of the Boston Globe reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rask has been razor sharp recently, picking up back-to-back road wins over the Islanders and Tampa Bay while posting a superb 0.50 GAA and .978 save percentage. He'll attempt to topple the Lightning again Saturday, but this time he'll be facing them at home, where he's posted an exceptional 14-1-6 record this year.

Rask made 20 saves in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Tampa Bay.
EDGE Analysis
Rask has allowed a grand total of one goal over his last two outings (.978 save percentage), both of them road victories, and has now held his opponents to two goals or fewer in an incredible 13 of his last 15 starts. Rask and the Bruins will close out the week with a road tilt against the Panthers on Thursday and a return date at home with the Lightning on Saturday.

Rask will get the starting nod on the road versus Tampa Bay on Tuesday, Joe Haggerty of NBC Sports Boston reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rask is coming off a 25-save shutout performance versus the Islanders on Saturday and will get back into the crease versus a Lightning squad that is scoring 3.51 goals per game (second highest in the league). With Rask taking Tuesday's tilt, coach Bruce Cassidy will go with Jaroslav Halak on Thursday in Florida.

Rask stopped all 25 shots he faced in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran netminder wasn't really tested until the third period, when he came up with some big saves as the Bruins protected a 2-0 lead before they were able to pull away. Rask has four shutouts on the season, two of which have come in February, and he closes the book on the month by posting a 6-3-0 record over nine starts with a 1.94 GAA and .929 save percentage.

Rask stopped 26 shots in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Calgary also added an empty-net goal. Incredibly, Rask had yet to lose in regulation on home ice this season coming into Tuesday, going 14-0-6 before falling to the Flames, and even his last overtime loss at TD Garden came back on Jan. 2. On the season, the veteran netminder carries a stellar 2.22 GAA and .926 save percentage.

Rask will start Tuesday night's game against the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Rask will look to bounce back from a rough outing in which he gave up six goals on 27 shots in Saturday's 9-3 loss to the Canucks. Prior to that, he'd won three straight contests, while allowing three goal in that span. It's reasonable to expect the Bruins to put forth a much-improved effort in front of him Tuesday.

Rask gave up six goals on 27 shots in Saturday's 9-3 loss to the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
Rask was initially allowed to stay in the game after the sixth goal, but Jaroslav Halak relieved the Finn later in the third period. The loss will go to Rask, who dropped to 23-6-6 with his worst game of the year. The 32-year-old has a 2.17 GAA and a .928 save percentage in 36 starts this year. His personal three-game winning streak ended with the brutal outing, but he'll likely get a chance at redemption in the near future.

Rask will get the road start against the Canucks on Saturday, Matt Porter of The Boston Globe reports.
EDGE Analysis
Rask has been outstanding since the All-Star break, as he's recorded a 6-1-0 record, .959 save percentage and 1.15 GAA. Plentiful offensive support has helped him along the way, although his performance hasn't required it. The Canucks have been up and down lately, too, as they've won two of eight games while averaging 2.5 goals per contest.

Rask stopped 28 shots in a 2-1 overtime victory over Edmonton on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Rask didn't have to face a ton of high-quality scoring chances against an Edmonton team that was without the likes of Connor McDavid, James Neal, Zack Kassian and Oscar Klefbom. The only blemish on his box score was a deflection goal by Sam Gagner early in the third period. Rask has now won six of his last seven starts and he boasts an incredible .956 save percentage since the start of February. Road matchups at Calgary and Vancouver are up next, although it's a safe bet Jaroslav Halak will draw one of those back-to-back assignments.
