Jarry will start between the pipes in Thursday's road game against the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry hasn't been great in the minors this season, compiling a 3-2-0 record while maintaining a sub-par 3.18 GAA and .897 save percentage over five appearances. The 22-year-old backstop will look to earn his first NHL win Thursday in a highly favorable road matchup with a Flames club that's only averaging 2.25 goals per game this campaign, 30th in the NHL.

Jarry was reassigned to the NHL on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
After Casey DeSmith posted a disappointing .800 save percentage throughout his two period debut Sunday, Jarry will now be handed the opportunity to win the backup gig to Matt Murray. The 22-year-old hasn't had a great start to his year recording a .897 save percentage in five games in the minors, but notched an impressive 2.15 GAA and .925 save percentage during the 2016-17 season also in the AHL. Regardless Jarry likely won't see much ice time and figures only to start if Murray needs rest, or Pittsburgh faces back-to-back games.

Jarry was beaten twice by Detroit on Wednesday in one period of action.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry's struggles between the pipes, 13 saves on 15 shots, will no doubt be overshadowed by the fact that starter Matt Murray was relatively flat as well. Once the season kicks off into full swing, the 22-year-old Jarry will head back to AHL WIlkes-Barre/Scranton where he figures to be the No. 1 netminder for the Baby Pens.

Jarry will man the crease for the third period against the Red Wings on Wednesday, Sam Kasan of Pens Inside Scoop reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry -- who is expected to spend the year with the Baby Pens -- will take over in the final 20 minutes in order to help get him game ready. The 22-year-old went 28-15-1 with a 2.15 GAA in the minors last season and could be a trade chip for Pittsburgh in the future.

The Penguins are planning to give Jarry another year with the Baby Pens, which would require them to sign a backup goalie, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Marc-Andre Fleury now the starter for Vegas, Pittsburgh is without a veteran backup for No. 1 netminder Matt Murray. Jarry served as the reserve goalie during the playoffs when Murray was out with a hamstring injury, but will evidently be given time as the go-to guy with AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Several options are available for general manager Jim Rutherford, including Jonathan Bernier, Ondrej Pavelec, and Brian Elliott.

Jarry made his NHL debut Sunday, stopping 22 of 25 shot in a loss to the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry made an amazing stick save during the first period that is sure to be a save-of-the-year candidate. The 21-year-old has a bright future ahead of him, but for now, he'll yield to Matt Murray and Marc-Andre Fleury during the Penguins' postseason run. He's impressed with a .925 save percentage in 45 AHL appearances, so monitor Pittsburgh's goaltending situation, as he could have fantasy relevance as early as next season.

Jarry will be between the posts for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry makes his first career start on the final day of the Penguins' regular season and when the team has nothing to play for in terms of playoff positioning. The 21-year-old posted a .925 save percentage and 2.15 GAA in 45 appearances for Pittsburgh's AHL affiliate this season.

Jarry was summoned from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL on Saturday, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Penguins gave Matt Murray a rest with Marc-Andre Fleury drawing the start in Toronto. Perhaps Murray will be sidelined against the Rangers, too, as the team doesn't want to take any chances with their starter heading into the playoffs.

Jarry could serve as Matt Murray's backup if Marc-Andre Fleury is traded by the deadline and the team opts not to acquire another goalie.
EDGE Analysis
Chances are that Pittsburgh would want a veteran netminder backing up Murray, but Jarry has played well for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. The 21-year-old has recorded a 23-11-1 mark with a 2.28 GAA and .920 save percentage. We should know by Wednesday afternoon's deadline whether Jarry will hold any short-term value.

Jarry was assigned to AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Wednesday, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Penguins brought Jarry back from the AHL over the weekend to back up starting goalie Marc-Andre Fleury in Saturday's win over the Lightning. Jarry didn't end up seeing the ice in that contest, and it doesn't look like he'll be in line for any opportunities in the near future with Matt Murray (lower body) likely to be available in a backup capacity behind Fleury in Wednesday's match with the Capitals.
