Ryan White took part in Monday's practice on the fourth line. Brandon Prust joined George Parros as an extra forward. Coach Michel Therrien wouldn't share his lineup thoughts for Game 3 on Tuesday, but the addition of White could be something to watch for. He hasn't played in the 2014 playoffs yet and he dressed in 52 games with Montreal during the regular season.

Ryan White won't play Thursday because he has the flu. He didn't make the trip to Pittsburgh for the contest. Consider him day-to-day for now.

Ryan White had a goal and an assist in Saturday's 4-1 win over Carolina. White has found the back of the net in back-to-back games. That's remarkably unusual for him when you consider that he had just three goals in his previous 123 contests.

Ryan White potted his first goal of the season on Thursday. White has played well for the Canadiens since returning from an upper-body injury. He posted a career-high of six shots against Calgary on Tuesday in his first game back. White has three points and 32 penalty minutes in 35 matches.

Ryan White (upper body) is skating, but he isn't close to returning. Canadiens coach Michel Therrien cautioned that it could be weeks before White is ready to play. He has two points in 32 games in 2013-14.

Ryan White will not play against Chicago Saturday night. He is still listed as day-to-day with an upper-body injury. We are sure you have better options than White on your fantasy roster.

Center Ryan White suffered an upper-body injury Thursday night in the Canadiens' game against Dallas and almost certainly will sit out tonight, when Montreal visits Ottawa. That means veteran Daniel Briere will return to the lineup after being a healthy scratch.

Ryan White earned an assist Saturday after being a healthy scratch for three of Montreal's last four games. He skated alongside Brandon Prust and Travis Moen in a 3-2 win over Buffalo. The Sabres didn't dress John Scott, so coach Michel Therrien replaced George Parros with White.
