Sharp scored a power-play goal and added an assist in Sunday's win over the Red Wings.
EDGE Analysis
Sharp was dealing with an undisclosed issue that left him as questionable for Sunday's tilt, but he didn't appear to be bothered by anything en route to his fourth multi-point game of the season. The 33-year-old has now found his way onto the scoresheet in six of the last seven games, netting six goals in that span.

Sharp (undisclosed) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Red Wings, Mike Heika of the Dallas Morning News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Sharp was reportedly dinged up when he crashed into the Hurricanes' net after scoring the eventual game-winning goal in the third period of Friday's tilt against Carolina. The ailment doesn't seem to be particularly serious, but Sharp's status for Sunday's matchup with Detroit is up in the air at this point in time.

Sharp scored the game-winning goal against the Hurricanes on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
There was reason for a little trepidation about the 33-year-old forward after a somewhat disappoint season last year, but he's put those fears to rest already. He has 10 points in 14 games, and six in his last five.

Sharp, who has found his scoring touch, scored again on Saturday. He also put up an assist and a pair of shots.
EDGE Analysis
That's goals in three straight games for Sharp, who couldn't gather a goal in his first eight games as a Star. He appears to have settled in just fine now, with four goals and an assist in his last three games.

Sharp scored twice in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win against the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
It was arguably Sharp's best game as a Star. He beat Ryan Miller with a wrist shot to tie the game 1-1 early on and was able to deflect John Klingberg's shot to force OT late in the third. Sharp needed some time to get accustomed, but appears to be settled in and start to produce at his normal clip.

Sharp scored his first goal of the year in Tuesday's win over Anaheim.

It was a long overdue goal. He's 28 shots into the season with a 3.6% shooting percentage. That's well below his career average of 11.3%. Expect more goals to come soon.

Sharp was credited with his third assist during Thursday's contest with Pittsburgh.
EDGE Analysis
Sharp's assist could be called fluky at best, as a clearing attempt glanced off his stick to teammate John Klingberg who scored after a fantastic individual effort. Sharp's season has been disappointing, as he is yet to score a goal after seven games. Making matters worse, Sharp plays more than three minutes per game on the power play, plays on a line with the dynamic duo of Tyler Seguin and Jamie Benn, and still isn't able to produce.

Sharp skated 17:04 and had three shots in his Stars debut Thursday against the Penguins.
EDGE Analysis
Sharp was acquired by the Blackhawks this offseason to provide an extra scoring punch and failed to do so in his first game. Many assumed he would skate on the top line with Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin, but instead started on the second unit with Valeri Nichushkin and Jason Spezza. He'll still get plenty of scoring chances, but reaching the 30-goal plateau may be difficult without top-flight talent. Sharp will look to get things going in a solid matchup against Colorado on Saturday.

Sharp led the Stars with five shots in Saturday's shutout loss to the Chicago.
EDGE Analysis
Sharp's position on the team's top line with Jamie Benn and Tyler Seguin has stuck throughout the preseason. Despite the lack of chemistry so far, that's a great thing for anyone who owns Sharp. When they get comfortable, the line has the potential to be very dynamic.
