Grabner (eye) skated in a full contact jersey for Saturday's practice and 'looked good', but according to coach Rick Tocchet he still needs to clear a few areas vision-wise before he's ultimately cleared, Catherine Silverman of The Athletic Arizona reports.
EDGE Analysis
Grabner sat out Sunday night's win over the Jets. The Yotes next play Tuesday night at home against the Panthers. Hopefully we'll have more news coming from their camp before that game.

Grabner (eye) is getting close to rejoin the lineup, as general manager John Chayka told reporters, "He doesn't have to be 100 percent to play, but we'd like to get him there," Craig Morgan of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Based on Chayka's comments, it sounds like Grabner might be ready to play if it were a playoff game, but the team wants to get him full ready to make a run at a Wild Card spot. Once given the green light to suit up, the Austrian figures to jump back into a top-six role and might still be able to reach the 20-point mark.

Grabner (eye) joined Friday's practice in a non-contact jersey, Richard Morin of the Arizona Republic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Grabner has been out of the lineup since Dec. 1 due to his eye injury, a stretch of 29 games on IR. The winger appears to be making strides in his recovery, but remains without a timeline to return to action. While he hasn't been shut down for the year, at this point, only fantasy owners in dynasty/keeper formats will want to consider hanging on to the Austrian in hopes of him returning to being a 30-plus point producer next season.

Grabner (eye) has begun an off-ice training regime, but remains without a timeline to return to action, Craig Morgan of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Grabner continues to be out indefinitely after taking a stick to the eye Dec. 1 versus St. Louis. Considering the winger has yet to resume skating, fantasy owners can probably expect him to be out until at least mid-January, although the club hasn't provided any specifics, so it could certainly be longer.

Grabner (eye) has been placed on injured reserve, per the NHL media site.
EDGE Analysis
Considering Grabner is out indefinitely since suffering an eye injury, it shouldn't come as a surprise to see him land on IR. The winger recorded just one point in his previous seven outings prior to getting hurt. The fact that the Austrian doesn't see much power-play ice time (0:03 per game) limits his fantasy value.

Grabner will be out indefinitely after a stick caught his left eye in Saturday's 6-1 home win over the Blues, Jim Thomas of The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
EDGE Analysis
Craig Morgan of The Athletic shared on social media a picture that Grabner took of himself, with the eye bruised, bloodied and swollen shut, but the Austrian winger is staying upbeat, adding "at least the stache is still intact." Mario Kempe is likely to get more involved with Grabner unavailable, and the 'Yotes could promote a player from AHL Tucson.

Grabner inked a three-year, $10.05 contract with the Coyotes, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Despite scoring just two goals and five points in 21 regular season games with the Devils last season, Grabner remained one of the best goal-scorers on the market this offseason. Prior to being traded by the Rangers, he netted 25 goals in 59 games along with 27 the year before. The 30-year-old winger will look to post another 20-goal season in a top-six role with Arizona during the 2018-19 campaign.

Grabner accumulated 27 goals and nine assists in 80 games between the Rangers and Devils in 2017-18, with most of his offensive production taking place in New York.
EDGE Analysis
The speedy winger only collected five points in 21 games with the Devils, and his shooting percentage sunk from a career-high 19.1 percent rate as a Ranger all the way down to a 5.6 mark playing for New Jersey. Grabner was even scratched for the final three games of the conference quarterfinals versus the Lightning, so the writing is on the wall that the Eastern Conference club will let him walk as an unrestricted free agent this summer.

Grabner scored a shorthanded goal that stood up as the winner in Saturday's 3-0 win over Los Angeles.
EDGE Analysis
Finally -- this is the Grabner we knew from the Rangers. He now has three points, including two goals, in his last two games. Grabner's value should rise now that he's figured out how to score in Jersey.

Grabner lit the lamp once and set up a teammate for an assist in an 8-3 rout of Vegas on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Grabner finally scored for the first time since crossing the Hudson, as he was a strong scorer for the Rangers but hasn't shown any of that in his first six games in red. This time, he stepped up and made things happen, and this game could be a sign that he's starting to get more comfortable in New Jersey. If so, he'll thrill those owners who were expecting more after he was traded.
